WoodSpring Suites Miramar - Extended stay hotel in Miramar - 3660 Red Rd, USA

Loved this location. Nice and quiet, but not far away from two major highways. iHop is nearby. Hotel is very clean, has places to sit outside. I stayed her for 1 year. I loved it here. My dog was very happy here too. Internet worked well, not the fast but usable.

Y’ALL THIS IS NOT A DRILL!! DO NOT!! AND I MEAN DO NOT EVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! You are better off sleeping in your car. When they say “Extended stay” oh they definitely forgot to put “Extended stay for homeless people and crackheads” In the title. First of all when you walk in you’re completely catfished!!! The pictures look NOTHING!! Like how it’s posted. The room, and walls SMELT LIKE STRAIGHT PISS!! No sugar coating it! STRAIGHT PISS!! Oh my gosh!!! Don’t even get me started on the A/c I don’t know if for their cleaning services when cleaning the room is to get a dog and have it piss in the A/c filters because that’s exactly what the whole room smelt like. The elevator lord, I could be having a emergency and need it, I promise you it took like 5 years for it to come up… not only that but it smelt like STRAIGHT CIGARETTES, but correct me if I’m wrong but there’s clearly signs in Elevators that say “No smoking” but I guess that don’t apply for this junk of a hotel! Not only did the elevator take years, but my gawd the sounds it made while being in it?! Jesus Christ I thought there was a shoot out going on in there?!? The lobby smelt like piss, and cigarettes. Some man was loud ash on the phone, as if he couldn’t take the call in his room?!? I guess he wasn’t even a guest at all, where’s the security at?!? There’s none, they got random people coming in, some man came in and complained about his arm getting shut in the elevator with some big dog he was walking?!?? The workers were rude, the room looks nothing like in the pics!! Not great for a family or friends. Just save your money!!! Oh if u want a refund because you don’t like the service, might as well not even look forward because you’re not gonna get it, if you call to complain they’ll “Listen” but will hang up in your face. LAST CHANCE AFTER YOU READ THIS DON’T GO!!! Update y’all… I got pink eye from staying here😍

Last year (2023) my family of three stayed here for a couple of days while we were having work on our house. When our house needed tenting for termites in July 2024, we made reservations for this hotel again well in advance. When my wife went to do the check-in on Independence Day, they told her that they see the reservation, but that they were totally booked and didn’t have a room for us. How in the world rooms overbooked for a hotel? There was no apology for this oversight. There was no offer to help us find other accommodations, considering this was very last-minute. They just shrugged their shoulders. We ended up having to go to the Springhill suites across the street. We paid a couple hundred dollars more overall for our stay, but the overall appearance of the hotel was a lot better than WoodSpring. Before this experience, we definitely would have continued patronizing this location. However,their lack of oversight, and they’re willingness to overbook their hotels, leaving customers having to search for a place at the last minute, something I would never tolerate from any place.

My main problem is them lying on the ad for the hotel. It claims it is pet friendly and has an extra charge of $10 per night with a $50 deposit. Usually deposits are refunded as long as there is no damage. Once you arrive you are informed that the deposit is non refundable so really the extra charge for my dog was $60 for the night. Rooms are okay, elevator does not work, ladies checking you in are great. Management just sucks by lying on their ad. Will go out of my way not to stay at another one of their hotels.

Great place to stay.. good bargain.. stayed there for about a week to attend the US Paralympics Time Trials.. friendly staff.. everything worked well.. will definitely stay there again.. close to the facility the trials were at

We lost power so we booked a room last minute. Price on internet was $89 I just looked at my credit card and they billed $160 PLUS $63 for a pet fee for our little dog. The place is nasty. We should’ve gone to the Hilton, it would have been cheaper-and way nicer.

The lady at the front desk was extremely pleasant. Typical don't smoke hotel but there's people smoking in it cigarettes and weed steadily. I'd stay here again I'm here for work

Positive: "" Negative: The room smelled with smoke! And there was a disturbance there with some guests where fire rescue and lots of police officers were called out and took someone to jail!
