Literal roach motel! Stayed here for a few months and saw roaches every single day I was there. Good luck getting sleep on the third floor, they allow some family to let their dogs bark all day and night relentlessly, drove me crazy! After asking to be moved to a different room, I then had to deal with the refrigerator not working at all in the new room. After a week of saying something about it, I decided to leave and as I’m leaving the maintenance man finally decides to come to fix the fridge! The jokes just write themselves. They had everyone leave their rooms for hours one day so that a roach exterminator can spray the rooms and there was still roaches after they left. The elevator inspection is not up to date so I expect that to just collapse any day now. The door in the back of the hotel is broken so literally anyone can just walk in and do whatever they want. Just save yourself the headache and stay at a better place for a better price. This hotel desperately needs to be demolished!

Positive: The staff was nice and welcoming. The gentleman that works at night always has it smelling wonderful in there. Negative: They really need to get the roach problem under control and put it on the website like everyone else that there is a pet charge even if your pet is a service animal.

Walked in at 4am and the desk was closed, it said to dial a number on the phone to get a staff person to assist us. Waited 20 minutes for someone to walk down and check us in, then the old lady asked for our id , it was under his name and it says on the website you can rent a room if you are 18. We even called to make sure and the lady continued to be rude and tell us that we have to be 21. We paid almost $500 for 8 day and not sure if we can get our money back. Waste of my time and $500 just to not get to stay. Very ridiculous.

We had booked a week long stay here with friends and only stayed for one night due to a cockroach infestation. The night receptionist "understood" our complaint and told us that "it is what it is" and "what did we expect for the price." I booked through a third party and have been fighting to get a refund for the other 6 nights and the third party hasn't been able to get a hold of the manager. Worst experience ever.

Everything was great. Staff was very helpful and polite. There were a few baby roaches that I had seen in the bathroom but no big ones. So it looked like they may have already been taking care of the problem.

Positive: Nothing Negative: The room was dirty, the kitchen sink didn't drain. The microwave was disgusting, roaches EVERYWHERE! Floors never mopped, drug addicts hanging in back parking lot. They are pet friendly. So there is a perk. Negative: ""

We checked in and checked out. We was there literally for all of 20 minutes. The policy said no smoking, no pets, really??? The bugs are their pets and its more than smoke that is keep these bugs alive. The bugs are huge. and the This hotel has bugs and lots of bugs. The sheets are not fresh. The sheets had debris under the fitted sheet. The hotel manager was nice to provided an explanation to why the hotel was filthy. He stated that after COVID people didn't have a place to stay, so therefore they was living in the hotel and there things bought bugs to the hotel. However, my thoughts why haven't the place been exterminated. Since the place is full of bugs is that the justification to why the sheets are clean or not changed.

This hotel is condemnable, there is a serious cockroach infestation. The stairwell was also used as a restroom during my stay. Avoid this hotel. These photos were taken five minutes after deep cleaning my room. Seriously disappointed with my stay.
