Convenient location, check in was easy. Was surprised that room had full size fridge and freezer. Also microwave and two burner stove and good amount of storage space. Desk with a chair.

Ash was amazing! She really helped me with my reservation. Such a kind soul. Excellent customer service just made this our go-to stay in Junction City.

We checked in, the lobby was the first clue. It has a smell I can't quite describe. Like moldy dog vomit and a hint of lemon scented bleach. Mmmm. But we were kinda desperate for a room so we pushed on. Then the elevator that smells like a south Florida bar bathroom ashtray. Kinda took the breath away. But again... desperate for a room. Opened the door and well we immediately had no problem renting a suite in Manhattan to get the heck out of this place. Dog barks fill the halls, and the smells in this place are just hard to describe. But if you understand hygiene then you know they are not natural. I've stayed in some sketchy places in my time. But man! I just couldn't bear to lay or even sit in the bed. Traveler beware! Oh ya, the floors are all wrinkled up from clear water damage and the television doesn't work. Just WOW.

Positive: Staff was not available at check in. Area had fire issues that left the rooms miserable, when wanting to cancel room the staff was not available again. Area of Junction City was questionable. Negative: Location and staffing Negative: ""

We reserved a KING size bed over the phone. We arrive they gave us a full, we went down stairs they said that they don't even have King size beds. So they gave us 2 Full size beds which isn't what we reserved. We also had to call and wait 5 minutes for assistance checking in 🙄

In Kansas City for my grandson graduation and the room was fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, and flat top stove. Wonderful

We called in advance to reserve a room with two beds and when the evening lady answered she said there were rooms available and we were good. Mind you she didn’t ask for a name for the reservation or anything. So when we asked if she needed a name she said, “ok what is it” so we gave her our name and showed up on the day of check in and was told that we didn’t have a reservation and all they had was a room with a single bed but there was room for an air mattress…. We are two grown men, in down for a week for work. Why would we want to sleep on an air mattress?! And of course we had to provide our own.. Which I wouldn’t want one from them anyway.

Positive: Nothing Negative: No staff at check in - waited 10 mins. NO BED SHEETS - 1 towel
