Jacksonville FL location. Hotel and staff nice. If the manager sees this post please tell me the name of the scent used throughout the hotel and in the hallways of your hotel. Makes the hotel smell very fresh. Fairly new hotel and modern rooms. Laundry facility is great. Would definitely stay again if in this part of Fl.

This place smells like weed, it’s dirty, and the service is nonexistent. A thunderstorm made lights go out and I had to shower in the dark. The electricity was not working the next day as well and I told the person at the front desk. She was like oh well. I ask for a price adjustment due to the inconveniences and she said that the manager indicated that there would not be any. Even if the electricity wouldn’t have gone out, I will never go to this pit whole with pitiful service. To top it all off, the people who work there are all ghetto. Would not stay or recommend this place even if it were offered for free. Get your act together people. The reviews here are despicable.

Why can't I give Negative 500 stars? Where do I begin, hmmm you know what I think I'm gonna do the Godly thing and give them a chance to fix it before I spill the beans, you guys know who this is and what I'm talking about. I'll be back on here in 5 days to tell the truth if you don't start being honest, to Joy you better become a better person, God don't like ugly attitudes and he absolutely despise liars. So when I come back in 5 days I'm either gonna leave 3 stars with no comment or I'm gonna leave 1 star and a comment that will also be my sworn testimony, notorized and all. Your choice, refund my money and tell the truth, it's the right thing to do, I wonder if your Boss knows that you lied on them? Or perhaps that was the only truth you ever told.

WARNING!!! The General Manager, Dwayne Murray is a liar and a cheat! They will issue you poor service, a disgusting room that is subpar and in desperate need of repair. I recently stayed here with one of my kids. We were there for a sporting event and the hotel was close to the venue. My wife booked this room and we paid over 100 dollars. We specifically requested a room with 2 queen beds and had reserved the room more than 2 weeks in advance. When we checked in I overheard them tell someone else they were full. When we got to the room there was one bed and a pullout couch that look like it had been purchased at the goodwill. The mattress was disgusting and there were no sheets in the room for it. We had to go request them and they didn't even fit properly. When I went down to ask why we were not given the room we had paid for, Dwayne acted like he was going to make it right by lying and saying he was going to credit my account $25. That was a lie and I still have not received the credit. He also gave me his card and told me to call him and he would help me book my next reservation at a discounted rate. This was also a lie as when I called the office and asked for him (at what he said was his direct line, another lie!!!) The number rang to a generic number at the resort and over several days of attempting to call he had his staff hang up on me over 20 times (probably using caller ID). Save your money or pay more to stay a little further away as you will not have a good experience at this "roach motel" I am a Sales Manager at one of the world's leading hospitality providers and if I gave this level of service, I'd be fired. I will be reaching out to the corporate office but if Dwayne Murray is any indication of the workforce there, my expectations are extremely low!!!||Respectfully,|Disgusted patron who will avoid this "brand" at all costs

It"s ok but the only think i didn't like that The people that are staying , CAN'T SIT in the lobby.. I have to sit out side in the concert

Let's start with the good stuff. The laminate floors are beautiful, and the rooms contain dark wood shelves for storage. The wi-fi is free, there are food/drink vending machines, and there is free coffee in the lobby. However, there were what appeared to be chocolate handprints, a mustard squirt, and a large, exploded soda stain on the walls. The first night we killed two cockroaches, so we slept with the lights on the rest of the stay. There were pubic hairs on the toilet seat and in the bathtub/shower and large toe nail clippings on the floor next to the bed. It looked like pieces of a hairy brownie had been ground into the floor and not cleaned away. The floor felt both greasy and sticky, so we took our shoes off only to sleep. We cleaned our own room on the second day, and when I brought a bag of trash to the housekeeping attendant in the hallway, she told me to take it to the front office. The front office manager told me to take it to the back lot and throw it in the dumpster. It was raining, but I did it anyway. Odd behavior for hotel staff. There was a constant and strong smell of pot in the hallways, barking dogs during the day (not at night), and a urine smell in the stairwell. There was an intermittent smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom--probably coming from a neighboring suite through the fan ducts. If you don't mind these things, the price is nice! However, it wasn't my cup o' tea.

DO NOT STAY HERE. This place literally stole money from me. I checked out days before I had to check out due to the horrible smell of the place, and they told me they'd refund the days I was not staying there. I asked about the refund multiple times, but I never got it. AGAIN, DO NOT STAY HERE. It looks good from the outside, but it's a nasty place with wicked people running it.

For the price of place is very pleasant the amenities are good however the problem is we've been here for two days and there's been no hot water and that's how we're not available hiccups here and there but it's very clean the pricing is really good the staff are seem to be good at most of the staff this one staff member that's a little angry but that's no names to be mentioned
