Wow! Can't say enough good things about this place for a $70/night hotel. First and foremost: the rooms are CLEAN and free of critters and smells. This place is cleaner than my military barracks in basic training, and if you've been there, you know that means clean! Second, all guests were quiet and kept to themselves allowing for good rest. Third, the front desk staff (7/8/24 9pm) was fast, friendly, and professional. While the rooms are simple, it was exactly what I was looking for on a work trip. This experience was MUCH better than you would expect from a $70/hotel. Absolutely recommend, and will stay here again if I have the opportunity.

The GM Yuko and his staff are always very friendly and courteous. The rooms are clean and taken care of and the guests that stay here are respectful and quiet, Never had any issues while here! I will be staying here again and I recommend you do the same!

For everyone doging on this place is living to high on the hog! For $50 you can’t bet it. We’re staying one night before we board the boat. The reason why it’s much cheaper is they put cheaper items in room to get prices down like beds and furniture, everything is very clean and smells fine. No it’s not a 4star place but, for $50 you absolutely can’t bet it.

Booked my reservation. Called the hotel directly, once to confirm they had my reservation. I then called again and let him know I would be arriving after midnight and if I could still check in. He said “no problem, we’ll just need a card on file once you’re here but we have 24hr staff” We arrive at 1:30 and the lady at the front desk was beyond rude. Before I could speak she started saying how she has no one checking in and the payment system is down. At this point after working a full day and driving 8 hours, we now had no where to stay. We offered to leave a credit card for her to run in the morning and she refused. She didn’t offer any help or even attempt to. And there was definitely NO customer service. I will never book here again and would never recommend it. If their policy is that they can’t accept payments after 11pm, I should’ve been informed when I called the second time and I would’ve been more than happy to provide a card then, knowing I’d be arriving after that. Terrible start to our trip and I’d put negative stars if I could.

I booked a room but didn't realize you can't check in until around 3pm so I had to wait but the front desk lady named Susan was a big help and got me in asap. The room was spacious with everything I needed along with the most important thing a comfy bed to sleep in. I slept so well I didn't want to leave. It is hard to get ahold of someone by phone until a certain time because they are busy but if you contact them in the afternoon it might be better. I would say it was about a 8 out of 10.

I needed a place for approx. 8 weeks for work. Not only am I staying but I purchased 3 other rooms for the traveling crew I will be in charge of.. Upon first checking in I had my doubts.. I know the location and I know all about “long term stays” Also I have a l dog that I had to bring due to a doggy sitter situation fell through— There are a lot of dogs here and they are all friendly and clean. And let me tell you- don’t judge a book by its cover. Every thing actually was / is pretty great- The staff is attentive - friendly - respectful and trust worthy - several times Tracy came into my room and I wasn’t present and she did a great job cleaning up no need to hide anything - she was professional and respectful of my things. I had a former crew originally stay in these rooms and they were actually let go so I needed a crew to take over the 3 rooms- Angela and Tia made sure they would take care of it for me and shouldn’t worry- ALSO Tia took the time out of her schedule to feed my dog and take her out for walks… now I know for a fact margaritaville on the beach doesn’t do that for you. This is a place where real people go and just want a place to lay there head and not be bothered.. sure they are some local crazy’s- but I’m from Yonkers newyork . Nothing beats that . - all I know is for the money spent - not only do I have a safe comfortable place to stay - but there is staff here that actually care about their guests. also Chris and Lat. are always at reception and they are such. Pleasure to talk to and deal with … Give this place your buisness and they will have a bigger budget so they can improve in amenities and other “issues” that many will have to deal with- If you want the ritz Carlton or margarita Ville atmosphere - be my guest.. but not everyone can afford that- and the next time I have to come back to Jacksonville for a long. Term stay - even if I have the money- I will stay here .. Thanks staff for looking out for Billy Jean and making sure I’m taken care of- you guys got my Vote..

We stayed 5 nights in this hotel and the treatment was horrible, the lobby staff is very rude and not to mention the security man, they do not clean the rooms or the bathrooms, they do not even take out the garbage, much less put toilet paper and The stupidest thing they can say is that when I asked about changing the sheets they said that I had to stay for at least fifteen days. It was a horrible experience.

I have stayed in a few extended stay style hotels and this is by far the best one. Mr. Jackson and crew are the best. You can't beat the price and I can tell you straight up some reviewers are flat out lying the place is clean and as far as bugs go I didn't find so much as a gnat in the 2 weeks I was there and believe me I looked. If you need a place to stay for a while on a budget you would be wise to stay here you will not do better trust me. If I find myself in need of accommodations again this will be the only place I call. Thanks you again to Mr. Jackson and staff for doing a fantastic job.
