This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I have been to many with my work. The conditions were so deplorable we actually left after the first night of a 2 night stay to stay somewhere else. Dirty sheets, sticky floor, busted safety lock on the door and the smell was terrible. Can’t even describe it. Take my word for it. Don’t stay here. I should have believed what I read in the reviews. I cleaned their floor with a wet towel. See pic.

Room was grotesque. Stained bedding, dirt and grime on stove top. Dust everywhere. Bugs crawling on bedding. Found a surprise pizza box under the chair with crumbs and crust left in it. Who knows how long that’s been there or how long it’ll remain. Pay the extra money for a nicer hotel if you need to book a stay in the area.

WORSE HOTEL to stay at, just go somewhere else! don’t waste your time + $$. arrived 7/26-7/30 from maryland over 600+ miles away. check in was easy at first, got to my room 227, the keys didn’t even work, my husband went downstairs and then lady had to come back up and let us in, then we decided to get something to eat, come back & try to get in the side door keys don’t work, so we go to front desk she was confused cause she asked me my room # i told her and she was like your not in that room which i was, so in the computer i was suppose to be in a different room that’s why keys didn’t work in the first place, 2nd thing is we stayed in the same room, a day later we see bugs legit roaches in the room bathroom floor & crawling on the walls, so my husband walks down to the front desk & lets them know they pretty much brushed it at first until my husband demanded a different room as we are 600+ miles away from home & i already paid for 3 nights. so we get the room the NEXT DAY.. room 416 & within hours later the toilet is overflowing & clogged. front desk gave us a plunger, still didn’t work. so we didn’t even have a working toilet. NEVER AGAIN!

I recently stayed at the Woodspring Hotel and was appalled by the state of the room. It was extremely dirty and nasty. The floors were sticky, the bathroom had so much dust, and the sheets looked like they hadn't been changed in weeks.The trash had mold in it behind the bag. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was severely lacking, making my stay very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

There are apartments being built right next door and they begin work at 7am which is fine during the week, but not on a Saturday morning. Don’t come here expecting a good nights sleep because at 7am you’re be hearing the heavy machinery and all the hammers hammering away.

I appreciate your ridiculous response as an owner of this property. However, you may want to check the facts first before you accuse someone. The firefighter with Whitestown has the report on what caused the fire! He even told your GM while I was standing right there that your microwave caused the problem and stated that the microwave was the malfunction. Said to the GM that you may want to check it out or replace it. Also, stated to your GM that the alarm should've never been silenced as this was going on. Which your GM admitted, too! There was no intimidation whatsoever. Your GM was the one who escalated the issue. Enough said, the report can easily be pulled from the fire department. Your GM was rude to my fiancée and myself! Thank you, though, for trying to pass blame on guests. That something else right there itself! What's interesting is how many GM's you've been through within a years time. Kinda odd, don't you think? Pictures speak volume! You are giving a false statement on this as an owner! Please, as an owner, is this a room properly prepared for guests at your hotel to stay in? Your reviews speak for them self. Your apologies to other guests speak for themselves. Wow, is all I can say to you! Get the facts straight before you accuse a guest of anything!!! Stayed in room 303. Check-in was a little late as it states check-in time at 3:00pm. However, this place I've stayed at several times! The new GM is awful! Terrible customer service by this GM. This GM doesn't understand what full hospitality actually is. You can read my notes below. I was disgusted on how this GM treated myself and my fiancée. The nerve to say to me that she was sick of me? No, it's called doing your job and listening to the customer before you react! Last time I checked, I'm paying the bill for this suite if you call it that. It should've been checked over! It wasn't. Dirty and had damages to the chairs, etc.. Not to mention dog hair in the filters to the P-Tac unit. Pictures I took for sure! Then, an incident comes up the next day regarding the microwave using for the first time. Where, as I stated below, it was used for 2 minutes and blew up with smoke and filtered the entire room! The fire department was called out, and he confirmed this with the GM. I was with the firefighter, and yes, I was upset what customer wouldn't be. Didn't come down to be lectured from a GM! The firefighter indicated the microwave is defective and it needs replaced. This could've have turned out worse. The GM then wanted to tell me where I was just stating a fact! The GM made no EFFORT at all to accommodate my needs! She said I'm checking you out?" Also wanted to tell me I'm going to have you trespassed? Seriously, for this negligence? This GM should be ashamed how a guest gets treated! I told the GM you go ahead and do your trespass. Well, 6 that she leaves the property that comes back and says nothing. If the Director of Ops or the owner is ok with all of this that happened, along with a GM, that was just horrible, and that's saying it politely! Then that tells me you don't mind losing business! I should be getting an apology from the GM for this treatment!!! It's beyond unacceptable and not taking responsibility!

Do NOT book here. While the room is adequately clean, it is very sparse on amenities. Hallways are filthy and obviously have not been swept in some time. While this is advertised as a 100% non-smoking hotel, there is no enforcement. We are non-smokers yet after hours our room began to smell as if we had smokers in our room. Called the after hours number and they would not investigate and did nothing other than offer to move us to another room … tomorrow! Although we booked two nights, we will be booking a room somewhere else tomorrow even if we loose our $$ for the second night in this poorly run establishment.

The worst hotel i have ever stayed in. Im the friend who never cares where we stay, but the cleanliness was afwul and the service was terrible. For overnight there is a sign that says to use hotel lobby phone to call a number to check in.... but there is no phone in the lobby! Took us almost an hour to get checked in between how long it took us to contact front desk to check us in and because the card reader was not functioning properly. They wouldnt even use the card on file, even though it was the same card we were trying to check in with. We ordered to king rooms and we ended up with 2 full beds, not even queens and definitely not kings! Not what we paid for. Once we pulled back the sheets there was hair, particulate, and pet hair on the sheets and makeup on one of the pillowcases. I checked as i do with any hotel, and there were bug covers on the mattresses, whether or not they were preventitive, considering all of the other issues that was not a good sign. Many things look like they were wiped once or half cleaned. Sink had built up grime on one side and insde of the laundry basket was sticky and unusable. If you are coming here for the kitchenette you better have your own pots, pans, plates, blows, and utensils because they are NOT included in the room. Beds are very lightweight and pushable. Very ear that there have been many pets in this room, there is pet hair in all of the corners. Would not stay here again even if i were being paid to.
