WoodSpring Suites Denver Commerce City - Extended stay hotel in Commerce City - 4902 E 63rd Ave, USA

The service was absolutely terrible. There was never anyone at the front desk. Whenever someone was there they were out back on a constant smoke break. The room was only mildly clean. The floors were sticky. The room was bare. They didn't provide soaps, or anything. It had a kitchen which didn't matter because there were no cooking utensils or pots or pans. There were no cups plates utensils anything. Not even paper cups. No tiny coffee pot didn't even have an iron or ironing board. I've stayed at tiny whole in the wall motels that were better equipped and offered more insignificant complimentary items. I will never stay there again. It was the first and last time I will ever be there. I go to Colorado a lot for work, and the experience there soured the whole trip. It's definitely not worth the $180. I could have paid $15 more and gotten a much nicer hotel... or gone to a motel and have been taken care of better. If you go here make sure to stop at a walmart before hand because the "complimentary soaps" can only be obtained from the front desk. Upon request. From the front desk that is literally never there. Worst hotel experience I have ever had if I could give 0 stars I would.

We were some of the first guests to be able to stay at this brand new hotel and it was a very pleasant experience. We were in town for a funeral and Cathy, the GM, was kind enough to extend a discounted rate to all of us since we needed multiple rooms. Everyone at the front desk was accommodating and so nice to us during our stay. This brand new hotel is beautiful and the rooms are extremely clean and spacious. Great location too, close to the grocery store and a few restaurants. Will definitely stay again if we are ever in the area!

This was our first time staying at this chain and we were lucky enough to be one of the 1st guests to stay at this new building. Everything was perfect, right down to the concierge. The ladies checking us in were an absolute delight. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Plenty of parking and within walking distance to food and the grocery store. We will definitely stay here again.

It looked like a new built hotel and my room was clean. HOWEVER the wall was thin like piece of paper! I could hear everything from next door! After I tried so hard to sleep, the guest upstairs was probably packing up at 4 am and it sounded like they were destroying the ceiling… Plus there was no breakfast at all and no shampoo in the room… ONLY one piece of small soap??? The overall location was ok but there was nothing around the hotel. It looked like an area that was waiting for some development.

This place is a good value but that is because they don’t offer anything. No shampoo, conditioner, or hair dryer. Walls are thin and it’s noisy. There’s a kitchenette but there is nothing to cook with. Beds are on metal cheap frames and noisy so u hear everything even just sitting down.

To say our stay was exceptional would be an understatement. When we arrived late at night, Daniel accommodated us to the T and made sure we had a brand new room with all the necessary amenities. He even brought a cart up to our room to help us with our luggage, not even to mention our room was on the 2nd floor. 10/10 would recommend and plan to stay there again!

A new hotel! Very clean! Fair price and good location!! I definitely recommend this place! Shout out to Cathy for helping us look for our wallet! Amazing customer service!
