WoodSpring Suites Columbus Urbancrest - Extended stay hotel in Grove City - 3205 Centerpoint Dr, USA

Great hotel. Pet friendly , Smoke friendly. Hotel is Next door to a Sheetz gas station that is walking distance and serves great snacks and food. Staff/workers were very nice. Would recommend staying here if u need a hotel to stay.

Read a review about the safety of the guests and I reflect an incident in which I saw a kid he looked pretty young talking about getting the key once the boss leaves. I didn't think much of it until later that night I seen him coming out of rooms which seemed empty or being clean it was the same boy but I just tried to enjoy my stay and not judge. I did notice the amount of weed smoke that was lingering from the rooms . He was polite but as he walked down the hall I saw him and a woman who looked like an employee wearing the company business logo and just remembering something was off. During my stay I noticed the property is well survallianced so I would hope this type of activity isn't occuring while the guests are entrusting in the ability to have a nice comfortable safe space during their paid stay. THIS IS THE LAST THING A GUEST SHOULD EVER HAVE THE POSSIBILITY OF THIS HAPPENING. Accusations to this magnitude must NOT BE taken lightly. Please ensure the safety of the guests and their safety.

Wish I could give more stars! The staff are very professional, kind and are very welcoming. They make you feel like family and make you feel at home. The Hotel and rooms are very clean and spacious. Can't say enough about Ray and his crew! They are all AMAZING people! Highly recommended 10 stars all across the board!💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫

I'm not sure why anyone would give a bad review. Woodsprings Suites Grove City has been nothing but awesome during our stay. This is our temporary home for now.👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾. If you work with them, they work with you. As far as bugs, this will be everywhere there is a hotel. If you see something, say something. They respond swiftly. Communication is key to everything. Thank you very much for friendliness, peaceful accommodations, safety, and being very workable etc. Ray, Danny, Larry, Chris, Jamel, all the housekeepers and Maintenance team. The management (Ray and Danny)at this location is what makes it shine. Hotel and its property are well maintained and hotel rules are fairly well followed by guests. Having a place I can call home for a while has been a life saver as well as keeping my son safe and comfortable. Rooms are not fancy by any means but they do suffice in ways no other hotel can and the cost is maybe half. Best bang for your buck in the Grove City/Urbancrest area with *nice laundry facilities *kitchenette in every room *cheaper weekly and monthly rates *pets allowed in most circumstances *quiet nights *bus accesible/school bus pickup *professional management

I will never stay anywhere else. Right now this is my home and everyone has helped me feel safe and secure. Ray and Danny have been understanding and very helpful and worked with me when things got tough. I appreciate all that they do. They go above and beyond to make everyone happy and comfortable. I greatly appreciate all they have done for Bubba and myself. Thank you so much for all your hard work. You always put a smile on my face.

BEWARE: EMPLOYEES TRACEY AND LARRY GIVE THE MASTER KEY TO THEIR SONS, allowing access to any room at any time (check the camera) My daughter was invited to the establishment many times where they smoke weed and have parties, which for me was fine until an incident occurred there. Once Ray leaves for the night they are then given access by a master key that is green and goes around their wrist. She has told me Trey who is a known thief even arrested for kidnapping which doesn’t sound to safe if I were an actual guest but once they are drunk and high the three brothers try and figure out which room is taken but not occupied at the moment so they can go thru others belongings. Ray was on vacation a few weeks ago and again they were given access. She came home and told me about an incident that occurred on the premises so I will be forwarding this email to the higher ups. Thank you and I hope woodspring suites keep a safe environment.

Everyone here is so helpful and always nice. If there is a problem they solve it right away. The rooms are very clean. There is always someone cleaning the lobby and hallways, and it smells clean. The staff here are all incredible. They work hard and still have smiles on their faces. I appreciate all they do and the time they take to make everyone comfortable. They all even stop to pet my fur baby. I will never go anywhere else again.
