Hello HelloHello Hello

The room size was great. The front desk is only open between a certain time. So you are unable to get service after 8pm or before 9am during the week. During check the photo copy your ID. I asked why and the front desk person didn’t know why just said it was their policy. After checking in late, the next morning we discovered our bath towels were dirty. Call the front desk to ask for new towels. We were told we had to wait until the front desk opened at 9am. We explained the towels were dirty and we just discovered. The front desk overnight person ended up bring us towels because we needed to leave before 9am. The hallways are dirty and the elevator was dirty. We later noticed the room was not swept and there ants sporadically around the room. The room had a burner top to cook, microwave and full size fridge but no pots to cook. Lot of people hanging outside the hotel. Per friendly for those who travel with pets. Lastly, children or people were running through the halls at night. No front desk available to call and complain to.

This place is drity the hallway never vacuumed elevator dirty. The dumpster is a site you don't won't to see what a view. No one cares. Sad! No pride in there work. And we where charged more then what was quoted. Homeless live in this place at $150 a night. People up all night talking.

From the looks of it, you would think this place is it. Oh no, that was not the case for me. They Do Not clean your room daily. You have to ask for an iron instead of 1 being in the room like other hotels. In order to get clean towels you have to go to the front desk with the old towels and it must be within certain hours. The front desk doesn't stay open all night like other hotels. Their business hours are late for people who get up early. There is no ice machine on the premises. This place was an inconvenience. We stayed on the 3rd floor, and it smelled Horrible the entire time. There was a bag of trash sitting in the hall for days, and no one picked it up until Monday. The whole floor smelled like old fish grease. The door 🚪 to the room was not working properly. We stood outside for a minute before we could get the door open, horrible. This place felt like a halfway house.

My husband and I had to ask for a different room our first one had a pair of dirty socks near the window sill which were NOT ours. The restroom floor and shower had stray hairs laying around also NOT mine. The shower towels were musty and stained. Once we moved to a new room the towels were still dirty and musty. We asked for extra towels and the extras were also stained and dirty. I don’t understand how they can’t figure out how to bleach them or keep them clean it was ridiculous. The shower head was weird all of the settings were mediocre and had very little water come out. I had to Clorox wipe the kitchenette counter there were food stains left behind. The elevator was also dirty. Long story short I get that this is a budget friendly hotel, but that does not mean guests deserve to be at a place as disgusting as this. At this point it should be called a motel. I’m not asking for anything fancy I just want the towels and linens that touch my body to be clean. Also I did not feel comfy sleeping under these sheets and the pillow cases were also stained. The bed is noisy and uncomfortable with a cheap bed frame that creaks. Staff is not welcoming and unprofessional.

My experience in this hotel was horrible thanks to Night shift Front Desk Operatir Leslie. & also to start i am Pregnant and exhausted and wanted to spend the night at a hotel before i had to get back on the road the next morning. The front desk operator Leslie made it worse and worse. For starters, I walked in to check in at closer to 10pm. The front desk was closed & i was confused. When i asked if it was open i didn’t even know she was the one to have to service me Because she was sitting down in the lobby table talking to a guest and laughing. When i asked can i check in she then got my reservation and payment. She gave me room 333. When i went upstairs the room was FILTHY! Not serviced at all. I then came downstairs and she apologized and gave me another room when was 323.When i went upstairs my keys did not work. I then had to travel back downstairs to get another key that worked, and she blamed it on the whole building not working when it comes to giving access to doors. She then gave me a key that did work so when I put my stuff down and when I left to go get food and I came back, i noticed My key was not working, and I was calling the front desk but no answer. The front Front desk was closed again. The fire alarm was pulled due to The smell of smoke. With me being pregnant i was scared for my safety. When she came down in her Pajamas to the lobby, we asked can we get another key. She then got upset and declined and Called police on us and told us I can’t get a refund. I tried to ask for this in a policy written agreement and she walked away from me and yelled at me “NO! GET OUT. I CALLED POLICE” I know i did nothing wrong so i stood there til police got there and was on the phone with Woodspring 24/7 Customer Service. The police really helped me and was able to help me at least get my things. I am now waiting on my Refund. But everytime i call the Hotel, the managers are not in or in a meeting. Hopefully i can get my refund because i was treated so HORRIBLY THANKS TO LESLIE! i also had to sleep in my car that night and the stress caused me to have to go see a doctor the following day.

The place was decent. The beds were very loud, and the floors were not clean. I think it's a great price since you have a full-size fridge, microwave, and small stove top.

I was charged 320 for one night, 2 bedroom this weekend and just noticed that on my credit card this morning, currently waiting to speak to a supervisor/manager at opening hours!!! Also, no one at front desk at 3am Saturday morning. Phone line keeps ringing from inside when you use the phone in the door way for help. Hakim was on shift this night and comes out wiping crust out his eyes, opening the screen to the lobby.
