I booked this hotel for 2 nights a couple weeks ago. Booked for a double bed room. Ended up with 2 single bed rooms. That was fine. Rooms themselves were pretty poor really, but I didnt see any bugs. Also not the biggest deal breaker for me. However what I am mad about, is that I was charged two $50 security deposits which were never returned to me despite leaving the rooms in good shape (and was never informed otherwise.) I called the hotel in the afternoon and was able to speak with the front desk. The guy was polite but told me to call back in the morning to get the person who did the bookings. Fine. I have attempted to call on 3 different occasions and have been unable to reach anybody. So now I am out $100 and am unable to contact the hotel. I am also unable to find any additional contact information for this hotel. I do not live locally.

Had everything I needed for a one night stay. Loved that there was free parking and free internet. Room included a full size fridge, microwave. Room clean and bed was comfy. Just waiting for my $50 key card deposit to be returned. (I was told it takes about 5 business days)

This hotel is horrible. The facilities were dirty. Our bathroom was filthy and our kitchen sink leaked. The burner on our kitchenette didn't work. The dresser drawer broke when I opened it. The staff is lazy and never wants to do any work. During my entire stay, (5 months), housekeeping didn't come for our sheets or towels. Which were dirty and dingy! There was drug use, drug sales and prostitution. The police were there so much that I thought I was on a police show. While we were there, there was frequently NO WATER! NO INTERNET!!!This is definitely not a place to bring your family or kids. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.||||The bed was a hard cheap futon that hurt my back. The sheets that were supposed to be white were a dingy grey. My bathroom and microwave were not clean. ||||I didn't feel safe during my stay at this hotel. There was so much police activity that I thought I was on a cops television show. At one point, we were in a room on the end of the hall and someone Jimmied the outside door next to our room so it wouldn't shut all the way. It was left like that (even after notifying the staff) for almost two weeks.

Stay away!!! They are thieves. We reserved a room for two nights due to a power outage in our area. We ended up not staying the either night (power came on), but since we had been in the room, we were happy to pay the first night. I checked out the next morning, but they still charged me for two nights. We called, and were given a case number, but nothing was done. Numerous calls to corporate only resulted in our being told we had to call the Bethlehem hotel, who never answered nor returned any calls. Eventually, I had to contact the State Attorney's Office to get my money back. I will never stay with this company again.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The photos are LIES. This place is a pig sty, so bad pigs have it better in the barn. The smell was overwhelming like ramen noodles and a nursing home taken over by the stomach bug. You stuck to the floors upon entering the lobby. When taken to a room, IT WAS OCCUPIED. He used a key and just opened the door and there they were in their underwear. The hallway was littered with food to which the man “joked” the rats did it. I wouldn’t send my worse enemy there. We didn’t stay a second longer. They said no refund, which is fine. I’d end up paying more to rid our bodies and belongings from bed bugs and who knows what else. RUN AWAY DO NOT STAY!!!!!

This is the worst hotel I've experienced on ny life. The cheapest bed meaning a metal frame, yhe cheapest mattress. I've never been in jail but from what I've seen on television, the bed is the same. No lamps just overhead lighting, some of the lights didn't work. As soon as you walk in the front door to the hotel all you is dirt. The elevator as well.

Nice location stayed a week ago secluded area but with stores and even a NEW wawa near by! Rooms were nice and comfortable can’t complain for the price. The front desk worker Josiah was very helpful and respectful and was eager to help customers. Staff is nice and friendly will definitely be staying here again.

The key is to remember this is a least expensive option. When we had a vicious storm that took out our power during a heat wave and mid-work week. WoodSprings came through with a pet-friendly option so that we could have a respite while waiting days for repairs. The location was easy to find and the grounds were very clean and tidy. The front desk was frazzled but courteous. We were able to get to a room fairly quickly after we arrived. We took the only available pet friendly room in the entire ABE area. We are grateful for the accommodation. When it came to the room itself, there was a lot to be desired. It was the most uncomfortable bed I have slept in since scout camp! The room appeared tidy, but the furniture had seen better days as had the bathroom. There was a tiny kitchenette, but no ammenities for the kitchen. The fridge was just fine! In a pinch and if you aren't picky about accommodations, WoodSprings is an acceptable option. The staff deserves recognition for maintaining professionalism.
