This place will exceed your expectations. Simply stated Esther adds the extra hospitality that can not be matched. If your looking for a relaxing low key setting there are none better. The rooms, bathrooms, bedding, floors you name it get exceptional grades for cleanliness. The breakfast we had was very good and I'm sure you will enjoy yours too. Esther and Jay deserve credit for offering one of the best B&B experiences you will ever have.

The Inn at Woodsong Acres is simply beautiful. There are lovely wildflowers along the driveway leading to the house, once you reach the end of the drive you see the beautiful expanse of the house, pond, cottage and sugar shack. We were greeted like we were family by Jay and Esther. The rooms are cozy and clean. After a delicious breakfast , which included some of Jay’s homemade maple syrup, we headed out for a hike around the woods on the property. Such a quiet serene location. So glad the we found this place. Next time our travels bring us to Conneaut, we will definitely stay here!

Esther and Jay's hospitality was only paralleled to the beauty of their Inn and incredible property. Every detail was thoughtfully executed and personalized to create a welcoming retreat. The nurturing continued with delicious breakfasts that were customized to each of our needs. Woodsong Acres is now our new home away from home and we look forward to our next visit.

Woodsong Acres is a beautiful wooded property, owned by a wonderful couple, Esther and Jay. My husband is a professional ornithologist, and was delighted to observe 38 bird species, highlighted by the much sought after Cerulean Warbler ( also Acadian Flycatcher, Hooded Warbler and more). Esther prepared a lovely breakfast before our departure-altogether a peaceful, special stay! We will definitely return, as we pass through Ohio. Thank you!

Esther and Jay were very communicative. From the first, they were welcoming and friendly. Our room was cozy, spacious and clean. Breakfast was wonderful. Our second morning, we had to leave very early. They were sweet and made sure to leave us a nice breakfast. The property was pretty even though spring had not arrived. It was very easy to find.

My wife and I stayed at Woodsong Acres for our 25th wedding anniversary. Our time there was very peaceful and relaxing. We especially enjoyed the homemade breakfasts. Jay and Esther were very attentive and accommodating. Woodsong Acres is a hidden treasure!

Woodsong Acres is a one-of-a-kind B & B Inn. It all starts with this expansive wooded property off the secluded road by a covered bridge and waterfall. Hosts Jay and Esther are simply the kindest and most authentic hosts I ever experienced. Their attention to detail, warm smiles, and willingness to find ways to make our stay comfortable goes further than anything I have ever experienced. Notably the breakfast included a savory egg casserole baked fresh using Jay's grandfather's recipe. Also the pastries were locally made and delicious. The dining room and instrumental music set the perfect bright and comfortable atmosphere. The main house is welcoming and lovely, especially the woodwork throughout which is simply exquisite. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. We stayed one night during the spring and the heat was very comfortable inside the house. The property is huge and filled with forest, birds, and fruit trees. The beauty is enhanced by a lovely scenic pond and the charming sugar shack where Jay makes maple syrup from tapping the farm's own trees. This is the most delicious, and not overly sweet, maple syrup flavor I ever tasted. It's really mapley and has a tinge of smokiness. I bought a jug to take home--yum! Jay also makes hard apple cider on property, where we watched him expand his orchard with new spring tree plantings. We treasure the chance Jay and Esther shared with us to sample last year's batch of tasty hard cider. There are lots of activities to do on and around the property that include a short drive to hike around the waterfall and covered bridge, and simply enjoying the sights and sounds of the woods. I hope to return in a different season to see a new side of its vibrant beauty.
