A very nice budget motel. The staff, obviously a family (that's a good thing!), Is very friendly. The room was VERY clean. Water pressure was fair... sink and shower... I had a lot of difficulty with the door knob/lock, getting the actual key to unlock the door. The A/C was intermittent, kept shutting off even though I had the controls set to steady "on." Overall, a pleasant stay.
When pulled covers back had crumbs and grass in the bed. Big gaps around door of room. I will never go back it's a dump
Friendly stuff and welcoming. But the sheets were dirty and the breakfast was not so great just yogurt and waffles. But it is an amazing place just to get a shower and a bed to sleep during a long trip.
You get what you pay here not a safe place for families or women traveling alone. The doors do not seem secure
Love the nights I stay here it's amazing every time
The room my partner and I stayed in had a leaking ceiling. It was the last room available so we decided to stay and either switch rooms or motels the following day. Later that evening I discovered cockroaches in the bathroom. The desk attendant offered to refund us only half of what we had paid. We reluctantly accepted this offer. There was also a discrepancy on the cost of the room. The customer receipt and pending credit card charge indicates $75 was charged. My partner and I explicitly remember signing a merchant copy receipt for $86 and change. The desk attendant also insisted on a $20 cash deposit as well. I have stayed at dozens of hotels and I have never encountered a cash deposit policy before. There are many other affordable hotels in the area that do not have leaking ceilings or cockroaches.
The room was surprisingly large, clean and absolutely quiet. Although an older decor, it was not shabby. Everything seemed to be well maintained. The included breakfast was only cereal and coffee.||||The downsides were that the wireless internet is nearly useless. It is painfully slow and dropped my connection about every 10 minutes. The bathroom provides soap but no shampoo.||||Overall, it's a good value. If you go there understanding the downsides, you should be well satisfied with what you get.
This small mom and pop motel was a very pleasant surprise. The family owners are very friendly and accommodating. The price is more than reasonable and included everything we needed. We travel with 2 small dogs and this motel was pet friendly for a small additional fee. There was plenty of outside space to walk the dogs and numerous waste receptacles to deposit the pick up bags. Our room had a king size bed, mini fridge, microwave, flat screen tv on the wall with HDTV on all of the many channels. Wifi reception was excellent and secure. Bathroom was small but had a bathtub/shower and plenty of hot water. AC unit kept the room nice and cool with outside temps in the 90's. The room had recently been painted, new carpet and tiling in the bathroom. Also included was coffee, cereal, toast and fruit in the small lobby in the morning. We were very pleasantly surprised by this hidden gem as we had booked it with a little trepidation. We plan to return on our many family visits.
I got a great tour from a very passionate and well-informed docent (I believe her name was Allison). More about the history of the man rather than the history of the house, it is free and worthwhile to see. The Eugene Debs was a prominent Socialist a
Our waitress Jada was amazing, very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. I had the hamburger bowl and my husband had a cheeseburger with bacon and. Side of fries. The food came out pretty quickly and was very hot.
Nice peaceful cafe with a mean chai tea latte. Good ambiance and they hand you the coffee directly, good service! I think the place is named after their dog, Goose. It also has a drive thru, which can be handy for quick stops if youâre in a pinch f
came here at 5pm so there wasn't many people in the cafe, but that doesn't take away from the fact that the food was very high quality! the Angry Balls were delicious and very well paired with their spicy ranch. Their lamb/beef gyro was perfectly bal
