I normally don’t leave reviews but the rooms here are DISGUSTING. There’s stains , holes and flies everywhere. There were also used syringes in the “freshly cleaned” bathroom and this is unacceptable especially because I was staying with my toddler… I told someone about the condition of my room and the manager just took the syringe out and stated the flies and everything else was normal.. room is non smoking but smells like a carton of cigarettes has all been lit at once . I took my baby and left immediately.

Well, I'm very much impressed with service and decent experience. Reasonable price when compared with surrounding hotels. Rooms were decent, and more flys and mosquitoes at night. For one night stay its manageable. I suggest it can be done better. Definitely, I recommend friends and family.

Stayed for a night while visiting Niagra Falls. No issues with checking in and the lady even let us check in early when we arrived....which was super nice. Room was a little outdated, but no issues and was just right for the night. Felt overall safe, and room was overall clean and kept. Would stay again.

This place is straight, nothing extra. Just stay and go! Best option if you are looking just for night stay. Prices are less compared to other places. Rooms are decent, good parking space. *No breakfast. I recommend this place.

I stayed at this property for one night. The experience was not too bad. The rooms were decent, the service was not too bad, but the location was good — it was barely a 10 mins drive from the state park and also there were plenty places for food near by. Overall it was a decent place to stay. I’d recommend this place if your purpose is just to sleep in the night.

Ideal location with ample parking, average quality of rooms. Meera, at the front desk, provided excellent service and guidance for transportation to the N. Falls.

Rooms are clean and they have wifi, pool, ac. I will definitely recommend this place.

This was a great place to stay. The room was very clean, newly renovated and we had no issues whatsoever. The grounds and pool area were also clean. The staff was SUPER friendly as well! They let us check in early and they don’t touch your room to clean it until you check out, which I personally liked. If you ask for any extra towels they don’t hesitate to bring you more. It’s minutes from the falls and for the price you pay for a room I think it exceeded all expectations. Unfortunately they didn’t serve breakfast due to COVID but it’s right along the strip with a bunch of restaurants so it wasn’t inconvenient. We would definitely stay here again!
