Woodland Estates Apartments - Apartment complex in Charlotte - 6147 Winged Elm Ct, USA

I am not scheduled to move in until the 1st of the year, so I can’t speak for the apartment itself yet. However, I would like to give Brenda a huge shoutout and thank you, she is the sweetest office lady that I think I’ve ever had interactions with, especially around this area. I came in with both of my kids and she got my situation handled without ever complaining about either of them, and was very understanding and caring all around. If you’re looking for somewhere that has employees that seem to genuinely care and want to help you’ll find that here. Super excited for the future

I highly recommend these apartment complex, they are very welcoming to begin with, the manager is very sweet and understanding. The leasing ladies are very helpful and try to provide with the best resources always. Maintenance here is the best, Mr Leo is always on top of the game and tries to resolve Maintanance request even if it means staying after hours like he did for me once when i had an issue with my A/C.

My name is Malik Gates. And I was a resident at Woodland Estates for 6 1/2 years. I would never recommend none of my family members or friends to never stay here. The 6 1/2 years that I lived there. The AC never worked and the heat didn’t worked either. It used to be very hot in the summertime and really cold in the winter. When I first moved in, I didn’t have roaches. But as time went on, other people moved into the other apartments in the building that my unit was in brought roaches. And the pest control people came to spray the people apartments in my building. The roaches eventually came into my unit. Maintenance didn’t never wanted to fix anything. I used to have to put in two or three requests for them to come to my unit. I was charged for the patio door in my unit that cracked during the last winter that I was living there. The patio door cracked because it was cold during that time. The people at the rent office said that it was an inside job. I’ve talked to the people at the front office, they told me that I would have to pay for it. And added it to my rent balance for 4 months in installments. Witch wasn’t right at all. When I moved out, they charged me with 3-4 waters bills and etc that was inaccurate. I spoke to the manager, she told me to only pay for one month, but my balance was sent to a credit system. And they doubled that amount. When I say I will never live here again, I meant it. This place deserves NO stars in my opinion.

The maintenance man, Leonardo G., was amazing every time I needed assistance. Makes the living experience a little better when you have someone like him to call on

Beautiful apartment homes, Brenda (my manager) is making sure everything is effectively taken care of. She has been amazing and her assistance is much appreciated.

Good morning, another great feat Leo and the rest of the crew have they get the job done. They tenant that make their job hard , but they push through it and make away to make it right. Leo has and always will be a great fit for this property.

I'm very pleased with my experience @ Woodland Estates. Ms. Brenda was the leasing agent that assisted me through the entire process. She was nice, kind, courteous, pleasant, very resourceful and not to mention the level of professionalism that was exemplified. The quick response and call to action was impressive due to past experiences over the years. Look forward to enjoying my time here at woodland estates.
