I've been working directly with Woodhull for 7 years now and I don't have a single bad thing to say about them. My favorite thing is that I never have to even think about any of the copiers that Woodhull provides and services. On the VERY rare occasion that something does go down or break, service is always same day or next day. I've yet to deal with someone who wasn't friendly and knowledgeable and I honestly couldn't be happier. Highly recommend working with Woodhull. You will not be disappointed.

I’ve worked with Woodhull for many years now. They are an excellent company, from the technicians who are always friendly and punctual to their supply department and account management, everyone is great to work with and you really feel like they value the relationship and will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. We use their copier and print services but I know they offer a broad range of business solutions and I would highly recommend any of their products and services.

NC Works Inc., has had great services with Woodhull LLC. They have timely service on our equipment when needed. (Which is maybe once a year. ) Their equipment is very reliable. When we order toner cartridges, we always have them the next day. Service is great.

We were sick of using home-type printers at the business. We were spending a lot of money on replacement toner. We were also spending a lot of time troubleshooting the printers. When we switched to Woodhull, they provided us a commercial grade Ricoh printer. It's been virtually maintenance free, and reordering toner is very easy. We are very happy with our choice to work with Woodhull.

They helped my find a machine appropriate for my needs three years ago. Since then they've helped me keep it in good working condition and coached me through a few software updates that "broke" some links, etc. at no charge. They've been pleasant and great to work with. I rarely give 5-star reviews unless a company has truly been exceptional. In this case, they earned it.

Woodhull has been an amazing local company to work with. They have a sales staff who works to get you the best equipment with your budget in mind. Their customer service is responsive and it is so easy to order supplies online. They have been a breath of fresh air for sure!

We were using another company for our printers and were unhappy because we were being charged overages each month and the billing was unclear. We were hesitant to switch, however, because we thought the transition may be difficult. Woodhull made it seamless- Nate and Robert worked closely with us to develop settings individual to our office and for our specific needs. Anytime we have a service issue we have same-day service. When we are low on toner we place an online order and the toner arrives within a day. We have never had an overage with Woodhull because they considered our printing needs and formulated a plan that met them. Woodhull cares about its customers.

Our Company has used Woodhull LLC for all our copier needs for many years. Our contacts with representatives of the Company have all been positive. Service calls are always answered promptly and efficiently. At one point a service technician spent considerable time on the phone helping me install a new driver after a Windows upgrade messed up our ability to print. We are in the process of purchasing a new copier from Woodhull.
