Woodhaven is a very nice facility in a convenient area of town close to Viera and the Avenues. As a realtor who helped their client move here, I had a very positive experience working with Elizabeth who was very helpful answering all of our questions and prioritizing our needs. The whole leasing team is solution-oriented and very friendly. The facility is in great shape, and my client says that any repairs/maintenance are taken care of quickly. The amenities are great too!

Living in this community first couple years was great until management has changed, now we just suffer from noise and second hand smoke inside our apartment from a new neighbors, and no matter how many time we complain nothing has been changed. The quality of the people that they have allowed to this community now has gone way down. Proceed at your own risk!

Elizabeth is the most amazing rental agent I have ever worked with. She patient, understand, knows how to get the job done. I would give her 10 stars. I look forward to seeing you soon 😊

I take back my 5 star review. This place is trash. The office staff is very rude and lazy. The charge stupid fees and repair nothing. Pool is always full and bugs and snot all over the area. They don't fix stuff here. I saw my neighbor move out... No one clean... And moved someone in 2 days layer. Gross!! No joke this place is horrible and going down hill. Run.. Run.. Beware

I had a great experience at Woodhaven Apartments. I was looking for my new home and visited on Friday @4PM. I was immediately welcomed by Elizabeth Leib with a smile and grace. She walked me through the model and around the property pointing out the wonderful landscaping and the home -like feel of the property. She explained the community events, pool, exercise room, parking and more Because of her and the wonderful property I decided that Woodhaven was going to be my new home.

Loved the tour. Both office staff are great. Looking forward to moving in soon.

I just wanted to thank Victoria and Elizabeth for the work they put into the apartment life events. It’s so lovely to be living in a community that cares about its residents and gets to know them! You can truly see the dedication from Victoria and Elizabeth with each event they put on for the community :)

Woodhaven Apartments are amazing. Honestly the word doesn’t even do this complex justice. You know what makes this place so great? Yeah the floor plan is great, it’s quiet, it’s SUPER clean, the pool is nice, and the location is wonderful, but that’s not the shining star. The best part about this place is the property manager, Jenny. She works SO hard and she truly makes this place feel like home. Something broken? Call Jenny, she’ll get you sorted. Have a question about the area? Call Jenny, she knows it better than anyone. Being new in the area she has been a rock in helping me feel settled but also welcome. I’ve lived in a lot of apartments in my day and if the property manager sucks, the entire complex does, too. Do yourself a favor and move here already. Huge shoutout to Jenny - thanks for everything.
