Siporah Winsheimer did a great job working with us through a complex lease transaction. She was always responsive and helped us move through the agreement phase into occupancy. Post-occupancy she's again been really helpful getting us settled into the property.

I have had multiple commercial leases with Woodard as part of a retail expansion into the Charlottesville market. I have dealt with the leasing staff, maintenance and development teams and found them all to be very professional and responsive. They are sort of in a sweet spot for commercial landlords -- big enough to have their own in-house property management and maintenance, but more nimble than most institutional landlords I have worked with. I haven't experienced any real negatives; however, prospective commercial tenants in McIntire Plaza should understand that the development is still transitioning into a more retail-focused mixed use development. There is a great core group of retail and restaurant tenants & management seems to have a good vision for the development, but it will take take some time

My future roommates and I had been struggling to find an apartment for the school year that worked for us. When we found Woodard properties we were very impressed with the quality of their management and their patience in working with students. We were thrilled to work with Hez Dillon. He was very welcoming and answered all of our questions in great detail. We are very excited to continue working with him and to move in next school year!

I can't recommend Woodard enough. My family lost our home in a fire this summer and they worked switfly to review our application and then clean the property we inquired about so that we could move in ASAP. Furthermore, Chris, who is responsible for managing the property we are renting is the KINDEST most helpful individual. He's been easy to reach and has addressed our inquiries with a sense of urgency, a rarity with property management.

I was living at their Cherry Avenue property and had no problems with my apartment. They are very responsive if you need maintenance and are fairly priced for a good sized space. The only problem I had was with a roommate and that was solved incredibly quickly. Big shoutout to Kyle!
