We got donuts and biscuits and gravy, I also got sausage links. The sausage links were super yummy, the biscuits and gravy were just OK, we probably would not get them again and the donuts are super yummy. The 2 stars is because didn't even have high chairs.... its clear they are more interested in foot traffic and people who would play slots than families. Mr donut in Alton has high chairs and booster seats, we will have to go there in the future if we have our daughter with us.

I stopped by Wood River Donuts and More this weekend and managed to get a bunch of great donuts! They have some real unique and delicious Long John's and some nice and fat really soft and chewy apple fritters! I absolutely love their selection and hope to stop in again to try their Old Fashions! . Great donuts. I used to go here all the time when I was in high school. Moved away, so I've not been here in a while. It's definitely an old timer/local location. When you walk in and they don't know you, it's definitely an irregular feeling. Donuts are great, though, and that's the most important thing

Yea! A donut shop that really has donuts! And, they were good. But, of you want frosting on your donut when you get home, get it in a box.

The donuts are great and cheap compared to what I’m used to. The blueberry donuts and cream filled long John’s are luxurious. It is kind of weird to see old people in farmer clothes gambling at slot machines in a donut shop at 6am, but they seemed to be having a good time.

Great friendly place with fantastic donuts and a small breakfast menu. And if you like, some slots.

This is my personally favorite Donut Shop in America! By far is the homeiest donut shop I've ever been too, I've been coming here since a young girl with my grandmother and grandfather, hasn't changed much, except the gambling machines. Which changes the atmosphere inevitably! However the customer service is wonderful, the ladies there are sweet as sugar, not to mention they know most regulars by their first name.
