Food was delicious. Coffee was wonderful and they had some interesting options I haven't seen other places. And this place is really cool inside and out! There's great art on the walls and the building itself is a cute house off the road. This was a great gem out in mountain country. Almost heaven indeed ❤️
I love chicken and waffles. These were okay but a little disappointing. The waffle must have had to wait while the chicken cooked because the chicken was very very hot but the waffle was room temperature. Waffles are much better served hot. Also, the waffle batter could use a pinch of salt and maybe a touch of vanilla as the waffle was rather flavorless. My wife had the loaded tots. These reinforced my assertion that toppings are better saved for fries. Tots just don't hold up to the flavors of the toppings. That said, they use the flat "rounds" rather than traditional tots so they do handle toppings a little better but still results in a mediocre dish. While the service was responsive, the staff spent a disproportionate amount of time bantering with each other rather than interacting with customers which makes you feel a little out of place there. One young woman was so loud that we finally decided to move our meal to an outside table. She yelled to other staff and sang constantly as if she really wanted everyone's attention on her all the time. We (and at least one other party, as they moved outside when we did and commented on her behavior) are determined to not eat there when she's working.
Such a cute place!! My husband enjoyed his chai latte, and my vanilla iced latte was pretty good as well. We both enjoyed our breakfast (we both got the American), the bacon was fantastic and the breakfast potatoes were delicious and crispy!! Update: we ended up going back a few days later for lunch which was also absolutely delicious!! Their chicken sandwich was just phenomenal, and we tried their iced Spanish latte, the barista was so friendly!! Definitely recommend!!
A wonderful gem located right in the heart of downtown Fayetteville. The outside is very unassuming given that it's located inside of a former residence. But the inside is done up very well and with a vibe that fits its location. It also provides outdoor seating on fair weather days and a menu with enough options to have more than one favorite. Today was my first time visiting, and I had the burger. It may well be the best burger in town, and the visit will surely not be my last. The service was great, and the food came out quickly. Do not miss an opportunity to give this place a try on your next time through.
My partner and I came for Bridge Day Weekend and stumbled across this place. It was PACKED, so we sat at the tiny little bar with a view of the barista making coffees. The service was amazing and super friendly and the food was unbelievably good. We got the breakfast burritos and loaded tots - highly recommend!
First time here. It was crazy busy, which we thought was a good thing. The menu is very limited. They do have a good selection of coffees to choose from. We ordered 2 different breakfast options. My real disappointment was in the home fries. They were chopped up tater tots. I really expected traditional potatoes. It was very loud inside the restaurant but does offer outside seating. We probably won't go back, but it would be worth a try if you're in the area.
If we would have visited only once my review would have been 5 stars. Our first visit was dine in. I got the house granola and my husband got a handheld. Our food came out quickly even though they were busy. I thought the granola was great although it lists cayenne honey but I did not detect any cayenne at all. Cayenne is one thing I can usually taste no matter how little is in a recipe. The bowl was a good size. There was plenty of fruit, almonds, granola and yogurt. My husband got a handheld and really enjoyed it. He said the pepper jelly really made a difference. Based on our experience on our first visit, we decided to get takeout on our way out of Fayetteville. This time both my husband and I ordered the house granola. Again it was busy. We noticed that a couple who came in after us and ordered two handhelds to go got their food before us. A bit after they left, one of the girls at the counter noticed us and asked if we were waiting for food. I said yes and that people who ordered after us already got their food. She checked and we finally got our order. When we opened our containers, I was so disappointed. The takeout house granola was about 1/2 of what I got for dine in. There was a folded piece of foil lining the container and as you can see in my photo they skimped on the fruit, nuts, etc. With the foil lining the container, it made it hard to get all the yogurt out, some of which had seeped over the sides and underneath. For the two house granola plus tip, we paid $21. Based on what we got, we should have only paid 1/2 of that. The first time I had the granola, I didn’t need to eat lunch for 5 hours after. With the takeout portion, I was still a bit hungry and we had to stop about two hours into our trip home to get lunch. If you want to try out the Wood Iron Eatery and want the house granola, make sure you dine in.
We ate here after a long day of hiking. Very friendly staff. Good food. Nice large tables and plenty of space which is so appreciated. Nice wide range of food and drinks. Definitely recommend.

Our stay at Lafayette Flats was perfect. The apartment was immaculate, fun, quiet, and comfortable. We had everything that we needed. The location is super convenient for visiting the New River Gorge National Park and the town of Fayetteville. We
We stopped as we were passing through and are so glad we did. We had the best meal out that we've had in a long time. The pickled beet salad was fantastic and the pork belly was amazing! We were served way more food than we could eat but somehow w
The ambience and vibe is just so carefully curated. The staff are so caring and produce an atmosphere of acceptance with timeless class. I highly recommend Rosaâs, inside the b&b. It is just an inviting throwback to the early 1900s with care to cra
Been coming to Fayetteville for 13 years, just recently started going to Charlieâs in the last year. Favorite place to go to have a drink, great atmosphere, great bartenders. Must go to if you are in the area!
