Wonderstone at Glacier - Featured Reviews (227)
Clean and modern hotel. Very Comfortable bed. One night stay after a week in park before flying out. Road is noisy but sound machine in room was helpful for great night sleep. Coffee in lobby was good. Snacks in room a nice welcome. Would definitely recommend.
Easy communication thru text messages..check in and check out included. We never had to go to the front desk. Very nice shower and linens. Snacks were left in room with fresh coffee and milk very close. I would definitely recommend this place! We spent the entire day at Glacier and this location was affordable and only 15 miles from the entrance.
Perfect location, we could get to glacier national park easily, and also go to restaurants nearby. They have 2 properties, one of them is across the street. I wasn’t aware of that so maybe you can check which property you’re on. Ample parking on both places. The rooms were spacious and I really appreciate the lounge space for people to relax and chat! Highly recommend this place for a stay. I enjoyed the coffee and snacks.
We stayed at Wonderstone for two nights during our trip to Glacier National Park.||We were in the new building across the highway and it’s very nice. The room was well-furnished and very comfortable. You can tell a lot of thought went into furnishing the room. They do need to add a couple hooks to hang towels on, though, and the motion sensor light in the bathroom might seem like a good idea, but it’s not so great when you wake up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and are blinded by the bright light.||Sadly, the sleep quality at this hotel is horrible. It’s like being tortured. While there was clearly a lot of thought and effort that went into furnishing the rooms, there was not much thought that went into reducing noise.||The hallways have hard floors, so all of the noise echoes throughout the building. The doors are set to slam way too hard and kept us up all night long. They need to at least adjust the doors so they close softer and I would recommend putting carpet in the hallways to reduce noise.||Also, I saw another reviewer commented on this and it’s absolutely true. If you are on the first floor, it will sound like there’s a herd of elephants staying in the room above you. Absolutely no soundproofing whatsoever. You can hear every step and the floors squeak. It’s truly horrible and the worst I’ve ever experienced at any hotel.||It’s a nice property but the lack of attention to reducing noise and improving sleep quality would prevent us from ever considering staying here again.
Beautiful boutique hotel. Easy to find with map app, although the signage outside the hotel did not catch the eye. Ample parking. Room was large and very clean. We were on the quiet side, and it was very quiet. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The shower was great! Check in with the online link was great, we just went to our room and used the provided door code. Didn’t interact with any staff members during our short stay. Would recommend and stay again if in the area.
This place is easy to find! In a great location to go everywhere! Starbucks walkable, gas station right next to it. Location is great! The walls are thin so you will hear other people. Staff is very friendly and approachable. Getting married the staff put pedals and wine with wine glasses in our room when we entered that was very unexpected! It’s was absolutely Beautiful! I rate this hotel 9.5/10 The only reason for 0.5 was the view. We asked for a patio Mountain View and instead we got a tree right on our window. Wish we could have enjoyed the patio more.
This place is amazing! Very comfortable, very clean, everything is well maintained and organized. They are very accommodating as well. Staff is very kind and welcoming. There are rooms with a view of the mountain behind the hotel - try to get a room with a view if you can! No breakfast included but they provide hiking snacks and offer coffee, which is all I needed to get me on the road. Thank you Wonderstone!
The building is new and we really enjoyed the layout of our room and the comforts. They gave us hiking snacks free and had a great selection of teas by the microwave. The water refill station is very handy, too. We wish the cost was slightly less expensive, but the price is typical for that area in the summer. I don’t think they had an elevator so choose the first floor if you don’t want to go up stairs. The hallways are not carpeted so maybe some people experienced noise? We did not…it was great.
Ice cream was so tasty and the portion is generous. Waffle cone was also very good. I usually canât even finish a single scoop at other shops that has smaller portion, but this was so tasty that I finished it in no time. I was also very happy an
We are staying in the area for a couple of days. After reading reviews for Backslope, we decided to give it a try. We had about a 10 minute wait for a table, but we were able to sit on the patio and enjoy the plesant weather. Once we were seated, we
Absolutely the best food in town. From the staff, to the food, to the atmosphere, this place is an absolute gem. My dad and I have eaten here at least a dozen times over the last two years traveling out of state and it has never disappointed once. Th
We spent three nights here for our 10-year anniversary road trip. What a nice, big, clean place to use as our base camp! Staff and neighbors were so friendly and funâ¦weâll totally be back next time!! And itâs simply the perfect location â Co
