The place isn’t much very basic efficiency , but the people there make it cool. Felicia and Sean were awesome and got my issues handled quickly. Nothing bad to say about the place it’s just a bit on the small side. Perfect for a single body.

Horrible mngt and the owner is a joke If you need something fix you'll wait u til you die I moved in with my 7month old baby at the time and was given a.room.woth blood on the mattress when I finally complained I was told by Felicia "well by another one because she doesn't know what I did to the mattress" it was new when I moved in. LIES LIES LIES, WHY WOULD I COMPLAIN AND SHE GAVE ME A.MATTRESS COVER AT FIRST, but then when I told her it had a hole.in it she said buy a new bed..she's the one that supposedly cleans the room and gets it ready for new Tennant how could she not have seen the blood stain by the foot of the mattress. Also the plumbing sucks sink is backed up again when I asked their maintenance guy for a plunger he never got backed to me then I saw him at Walmart the next day shopping and walked right past me. Dont ignore me when I say the WiFi CONSTANTLY DROPS. SO IF YOU WORK FROM HOME AND RELY ON INTERNET YOU BETTER GET YOUR OWN MODEM AND PLAN. My dog was stolen from the yard here and when I asked Felicia to check the cameras she said notnow and said she'll do it at ,4 pm 8hours and a day later after she was stolen and then I had to text her and remind her hey did you see anything she replied no nothing honestly think she's lying (which she does,,) those cameras probably don't even work. I'm going to file a complaint with code enforcement to, the structure is loose outside my door and honestly the place is too pricey and everything is spread out in North fort Myers the closest Walmart is a 30 minute walk. But family dollar is an 8 minute walk and the laundry matt is 1 block. Don't use their r two small.wahsers they have I used it once and my clothes smelled like rusty . My friend just moved out and her room has cut up homeless ppl furniture in it and she had a baby too.They do this monthly walk thru Inspections and ask you if you have any maintenance issues when you tell her she either doesn't write it down or forgets.the only oro is the neighborhood it's well lit up and traffic slows down to almost nothing by 10 pm far different then my hometown of miami. Can't wait to move yes their cheap and now I see why. You get what you pay for.

The manager is the coolest person here. This place doesn't look like much. But it's a gnarly place to be safe from hurricanes. The room gets really cold which is sweet. I live with veterans so I am good. No regrets. Greatful for what I have.

Not so bad by day. Gets a little spicy at night. Better than you would expect for the area. Regular inspections, maintenance, and pest control. Managers are friendly but not always in the office. Not too far from local attractions.

Been here over two years. Best deal in town all utilities are included. Pet friendly and great management. Neighbors are nice and helpful 🙂

This place is a SCAM! cheaprentusa are crooks, and steal money from you. They demand money for app fees, then will tell you you're approved. But any of their units are perpetually occupied. And, even though I was "approved," They said they weren't going to give me a unit simply because I made a complaint to the BBB against them. There's a reason I complained in the first place. **LoL, go ahead and gaslight every negative review you get. Most businesses try to explain themselves. Yet you just try silencing everyone. I hope it makes you go under. You can bet I wrote a BBB review for your scams. Your response to my above review makes me contemplate turning everything I have over to the attorney general. All I asked for was a refund to rid myself of the wasted time I gave to your pathetic excuse of a business.**

I have stayed here for a few months now and it has been an enjoyable stay. Living here you would think that this is your typical apartment complex. It is very quiet, clean, and spacious. Most of all, the manager Ms. Robin is a sweetheart, she makes sure everything stays clean, and fixed, she is very caring and will do what she can to make your stay pleasant. I haven't experienced anything negative here. Ever since she took over things have been running smoothly, and she doesn't just let randoms move in either she makes sure decent people get in so it's a very safe environment for families and individuals. Ms. Robin makes this place feel like a community. 😊

Let me just clarify I was not a turned down renter. But you keep that energy sweetheart I gave 2 stars cuz the condition it looks like from outside that is why I didn't and wouldn't rent from you. But for the record I lived there years ago and didn't have a problem with it. Have a great day and God bless
