This could be such a nice mall but the bathrooms need work. It's not just "oh it's been busy today" dirty it's like build up on the hand dryers and caked on stuff everywhere. Cleanliness should be one of the main priorities of the mall

Great place to shop, especially when they have popup shop of different vendors set up.

More shops are places I wouldn't shop in. Not my "style" or look. Plus middle aisle kiosks cluttering the open look. More like a Turkish bazaar. Also, Very prominent Security presence, a good thing for many law abiding citizens but not criminals. Not good because it deters for those safely shopping and do not need to feel like someone is about to "grab and run" while shopping or be in harms way. Shopping for other options....

My experience mirrors many of the other reviews. 1) Parking your car here means you are taking a high chance of coming back to a broken window and having your car burglarized. This is real and happening in areas that appear to be with more traffic. I personally know many people that had this happen. 2) Security outside is a joke unless its the holidays and the police departments (Sheriff, Memphis PD) setup the mobile command center. Even then, they generally stay there. 3) Never heard of a mall with this many shootings on a regular basis. 4) Inside looks OK, but as mentioned by others, the big name stores are leaving. They are being replaced with more low-end garbage stores. Retail is dead people.

Typical, usual shopping mall with Macy’s, Dillard’s, JCP etc. there is no upscale store, mostly all decent, economic and affordable stores with stuff for families. They have a food court with typical good stops, along with a Cheesecake Factory on site. The parking lot is huge, still I find struggle to get parking at a nearer position most of the time. The restrooms are manageable. I love going back for Lush, and other stores.

Really good indoor mall. Plenty of areas to park my truck and be outta the way. Milo had a blast and met some nice folks shopping. I had a good meal and got a vape.

This was a very nice shopping mall. All of the high end stores can be found here. It is very large on the inside and even during it's peak hours this mall never felt over crowded. The food in the foodcourt was amazing. My family if 5 ate lunch for $50. There are some rides here that cost money but keep the kids settled down. This place is well managed and the restrooms were very clean.

It was really nice! We got a great deal at smooth like jas! It's an all natural spot that has amazing products for the entire body from head to toe! Then we got a great deal on perfume at Macy's!!!
