I've been coming here for a couple years now but never actually posted a formal review, so I figured I'd leave one now.
Although the menu has changed a couple times, the food never fails to impress me. For the price, portion, and quality of the food, there are few and far between that I could say even hold a candle to these wonderful folks.
On top of this, fantastic service from those working here! The front of house is super helpful and kind, especially if you are not familiar with Korean cuisine and don't really know the "lay" of the menu.
I will say that if you come in when it's busy, understand that these folks are working 6-10 tables at a time, so you may need to get their attention! That's not bad service, that's recognizing that you're not the main character of the story! Learn to raise your hand and politely ask for a server rather than just angrily staring at them, wondering why the server didn't read your mind.
All in all, great food, great vibes, great service, and great prices. Always a pleasure coming back here.
This is a Cool Korean spot downtown with great prices. The two of us split a soon tofu and the osam bulgogi and definitely had enough for tomorrow’s lunch. The service is great and we’ll be back to try their extensive selection of drinks.
I love this place. I ate here last weekend and am back on Friday night. They've won many awards -- I can see why! Such good food. I had soft tofu jigae on a really cold winter day after lots of walking -- so perfect! And tonight, stonepot bibimbap. They have tteokbokki, wok dishes, Korean barbecue, etc. Will be working here for a while and plan to keep coming back. I love the atmosphere ... a huge screen scrolling beautiful images. The service is excellent, too.
If you find yourself in Providence, RI, and crave authentic Korean cuisine, ‘Wok & Pot’ is the place to be. Every dish is a burst of traditional flavors, especially their signature Budae Pot and irresistibly soft rice cakes. It’s a culinary journey that takes your taste buds straight to the streets of Seoul. Don’t miss out on this hidden gem in Rhode Island, where every meal is a celebration of Korea’s rich and vibrant food culture!
This place was cool. I really like the spot light out front. The food was pretty good too. Bibimbap is FRIGGEN huge.
The service was... odd. The table was set for 3 when we had a group of 4 and then we ordered our food. This is where is got strange. One entree came out, then our drinks, then two entrees, then the last one, then one appetizer, then the last two appetizers? I was very confused. All the good was good but it was just an odd order for food to appear in. I'll be back for sure.
Dined in for a last minute date. Loved the variety of plates and was impressed by the size of the bibimbop bowl. Everything was delicious and service was quick and kind. What more could you want?
Got bimbap which was delicious and the pork hot hot. It was 🔥 in my mouth. You can ask for extra water to tune it down. Music was a little loud but I guess it's aimed for the younger crowd anyway. Parking was free on this Sunday night. The hot pot was enough and more for the 2 of us. Fast service but there were like 3 to 4 tables that had ppl in them. Try it out!!! Definitely.
Their chicken teriyaki is different from all I had before, and I love it. It’s crispy on the outside and very tender inside. The overall texture and taste are great.
My first time Iâve come by was tonight for my birthday and Iâm so glad I did. The coffee and food is amazing! Clean and cozyð the owner is also a super friendly guy.
Excellent experience! Absolutely loved the two staff members who helped us; Hunter and Erin. They showed us how to throw properly and hyped us up the whole time! It was so much fun. Iâll be back for sure!
Amazing food and incredible service. It was the only thing open late on a Monday and it saved the night. The spicy chicken wrap was great and the fries were superb!
Excellent coffee shopâ cool comfy decor, amazing coffee & pastries, fun specialty drinks. Only note is that I wouldnât go if youâre in a huge rush: they only had one person working today, on a weekday morning which I assume is one of the busies
I think it's the best cigar lounge in the area for me. It was even better when I went in and met someone from my hometown. The services perfect you feel like you've been knowing them for your whole entire life. Great facilities. Different areas that
An incredible spot that's easy to miss. (it's connected to a hotel) Spectacular drinks with incredible selection of different mid-top shelf liquors. Marcelino's also has amazing atmosphere. Dim lighting and luxurious seating makes this an awesome dat
I absolutely love this spot. I definitely recommend getting their desserts, mouth watering for sure. The food overall is amazing, you can tell they make their food with love. As far as the service, it is amazing. The staff are so so sweet. I can't re
We came here late Friday night for a couple drinks & apps. My friend had been here before but this was my first visit. It is deceiving from the outside, I was like are you sure that's a bar?? But once we got inside it was wonderful! Live music, with
