Our tech was very thorough and knowledgeable about our commercial rooftop unit. They prioritized our initial visit and got us on the schedule quickly to come do an inspection. The tech was on time and not only did he provide excellent service but he provided a transparent quote for our needs. Overall highly recommend.

5/5 for sure! I have been a customer of Wise Mechanical for about four years now, ever since moving into my first home. Tom came over when I first moved in to make sure everything was running efficiently. With being a new home owner, I was clueless on this stuff. Tom went over my unit with me, showed and explained to me what things were and what to look out for. He explained to me how to exchange the filters and what was needed. It sounds small, but to a female with her first home, it was a big deal for me! Over the last four years, Tom has been around to ensure that my AC& HEAT are working properly! He installed my eco efficient thermostat, has come out for emergency calls and always is so efficient, kind, friendly and helpful. He never leaves a mess and is always respectful of my home and items. This review was long over due but I just had to reach out for an emergency call due to my AC unit going out on me. He was able to get to my home in less than 24 hours and fixed the issue! Even exchanged my filter! :) It is currently 89 degrees outside, I was sitting in 84 degrees in my home so I am beyond grateful! Thank you, Tom of Wise Mechanical. Wise Mechanical has been great. They replied to my inquiry in a timely and professional manner. When Tom arrived, he went right to work and identified and fixed the problem in less than an hour because he’s awesome and had a replacement part in his truck. Excellent service. They weren’t able to come to replace my AC when originally planned due to my incorrect measurements but they made a point to come early after I expressed concerned for my baby being in the heat. They came around 8pm which was totally fine for me if it meant avoiding another night without AC. I wasn’t there at the time but was told the service provider was friendly and knowledgeable. The person reporting on the service was previously skeptical so that’s high praise. 10/10
