Employees will not get the following as part of their Greencard sponsorship, these are few but not limited: 1. Labor Application ETA case number or any related approval documents from DOL 2. I-140 filing receipt number 3. I-140 approval notice. Not sure what is the benefit of not sharing I-140 receipt number and approval copy to employees. No trust on employees. Wisdom Infotech hides all Greencard related process. No transparency. Major Con: Employees can talk only with recruiter/HR from onsite. Other than that no people talk or share anything from that company. Recruiter/HR dictates everything in this company.

One of my friend referred me to them after I got fired from a full time job. Worked with them for close to 6 months. They are very understanding & encouraging. Never had any issues.
