I purchased a new Samsung phone from them through Amazon. After 3 months the phone developed dead pixels on the screen and I contacted them about warranty. I was informed to contact Samsung direct as the phone was new and came with 1 year manufacturer's warranty. The problem was that the phone was made in 2017, the warranty expired in 2018, and I bought it in 2019. Since then the seller has been ignoring my messages and not offering anything to remedy this situation. Totally unprofessional, unresponsive, horrible service, no credibility and support. Do not purchase from this company!

Ordered from Amazon, during the holidays for a Christmas gift. Device wouldn't work properly. I called, New Years Eve, by January 3rd the guy I spoke to had it all worked out. Great Service, Great mannerisms and I will 100% buy from this company again.
