Wiregrass Museum of Art - Art museum in Dothan - 126 Museum Ave, USA

Went for the first time in decades. Went frequently as a kid, so sad to see the 3rd (?) floor kids area is completely gone. That floor was what I looked forward to most. The main gallery was a little more sparse than what I remember in the past. Still happy to see the place open after all this time.

A beautifully curated selection of local art! I will be back for the energy this space offers. Perfect for an afternoon sketch or a meditative environment to be still amongst the featured artists.

Cute little museum. Nice friendly staff. Has a great varies collection. They offer a little scavenger hunt which is a fun little activity for kids.

I enjoy stopping into Art Museums. This one is sometimes better than other visits . It’s a nice environment but needs a little TLC.
