My wife and I came here by accident. We were both very pleasantly surprised by the taste of real coffee. But the main thing is a pleasant atmosphere, unobtrusive quiet music, a cultured audience and very friendly staff. A small coffee shop with a big future)) I recommend.
Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to *divine* baked goods here. The almond pastry was top 3, if not the best I've had in Seattle (including patisseries/$$$ places); the ambience is warm and welcoming; the coffee's strong. Going to dream about that almond treat till next time! 🤤
I have been a fan of Winnie's since opening day! She is an incredibly kind woman who makes wonderful coffee and pastries. Every time I go in I feel welcomed. The coffee is the best espresso I've had local to Renton. The space is warm and cozy with plenty of tables to sit and work remote. If you live near by, I highly recommend making Winnies your new daily coffee spot!
Fantastic coffee shop on Rainier Ave serving authentic Ethiopian coffee and delicious pastry. The ladies are kind. They greeted me with a smile and provided excellent customer service.
1000% worth the drive from Seattle for the amazing coffee, small bites, and incredible staff! They are so welcoming and make you feel welcomed in their space. Not to mention you get a view of lake Washington!
I really liked the coffee I had, and Winnie herself was there, and man she is really friendly and accommodating. If I lived in Seattle I'd go back for the food, which looked simply amazing.
Excellent coffee, and Winnie has added food to the menu, and it's amazing. Had the Foul and the spices are exquisite. Stop by and support this local business!
Winnie’s was a great discovery while driving through Renton. What a sweet lady and so welcoming. She roasts her own coffee and it is freshly ground and brewed each cup and it was so rich and good. I also had a homemade scone that was delicious! The atmosphere and decor is tasteful, warm, and welcoming. I wish her all the best. I would recommend this coffee shop to all!
