Winn-Dixie - Grocery store in Auburn - 1617 S College St, USA

I want to like this Winn-Dixie so badly. I really do. But I’ve ordered from them 8 times now and every single time 20-40% of what I ordered is out. But they don’t tell you that. Not by email, in person, or in the app. They just say they’re ready and then you get home and realize you’re missing at least 1 ingredient for every single thing you planned to cook. And your receipt doesn’t show what’s missing from your order, so you cant even just go to Kroger after and pick up everything they were out of. You have to just find out as you try to cook throughout the week and realize you can’t make a single thing you planned to. I keep having meat and greens go bad before I have time to go fill in the gaps from my orders. Both constantly being out of things and not notifying people of what’s missing from their online orders mean I always have to go shopping at least twice.

Most frequented and favorite one. Management and Front End most helpful and interactive. Deli and produce staff not too busy to assist or encourage. Warm, inviting, courteous, vibes storewide.... consistently 👍🏾.

I had never had such a bad experience as the one I had or today at the Winn Dixie store in Orgon Alabama. A lady took care of me. I came to change my coins. She thought that I didn't have money to pay and I was changing a chlorine can. Being that she had taken it was not the correct one and her name Andreta was annoyed. a lack of respect for me and for the clients she wanted to take a bag from where she was giving me the change and she pulled me and I told her you are disrespectful and rude for that decision to put this comment I hope the manager of the store, Mr. William, took action on the matter because nobody deserves to be respected in that way if she is paid for customer service, she must serve her customers with love with a smile, how do they do it? others don't be so rude

Its my fault my wife said she would not have bought the Meat. I got a deal. I thought. It was a reduced price on 3 packs of Ox Tails. Cheap. I been looking for a deal Ox Tail $7 $8 and $9 The sell by date was close I couldn't tell the meat was a little brown. My wife pointed it out to me on all the packages. I frowned an asked if it was ok. She said she wouldn't have bought it. She cleaned and started preparing I been wanting some Ox Tails for a while. People acting like it's steak driving the price up and they are very hard to find. I think the OX TAIL King Less BBQ has cornered the market on Ox Tails anyway the didn't smell right but not bad. After they were done we all dug in Ox Tails and rice. Nobody got sick from them and we all got full. But the next time I will let my wife pick out that special deal meat for now on. Every deal is not a good deal but it was good prices and they did serve the purpose

Great store. Just not the biggest Winn Dixie, but they make up for it with great customer service. They have everything we need. We are staying at the state park for a week and we have been everyday picking up a little something. We grilled tonight and the pork patties were the best ever. Much better than hamburger patties. Great meat. Great customer service. Great prices. We would rather go to Winn Dixie than wa/#@rt.

Went for a DoorDash order so I couldn’t do self checkout so the lady had an attitude because she actually had to do her job. No other customers were there and it wasnt a big order. She just wanted to talk to her friend

6-24-18 on a trip to Alabama. Stopped in and I felt like a kid again. Winn Dixie left Georgia 17 plus years ago, so I hadn't seen one until now. The staff was wonderful and helpful. We only came in for some snacks, but I must say they are on par with any competitive grocery store.
