Winn-Dixie - Grocery store in Naples - 4849 Golden Gate Pkwy, USA

I walked in here at 0700 AM and was greeted by 3 Beautiful smiling Winn Dixie employees. The store was impeccable, and the employees were responsive to questions about cost of merchandise in store front area. ( Beach Carts). It’s wonderful to go into a grocery store where everything is clean, stocked, and organized. Awesome!

The environment seems friendly, all the workers are too busy chatting and laughing amongst themselves to properly help customers, I waited over 30min at the cold salad and sliced meat deli with no one to help, the lady by the hot food kept skipping my request for assistance, said she was there to serve hot lunch and no one came in for the cold deli, even though there was 8-10 ppl in the deli area, I asked to speak with a manager, and I was quickly informed that the manager is on vacation. Winn-Dixie is usually better at customer service, hence the only reason I drive past the other grocery stores. Lately I’ve noticed this particular location has plenty of workers, not many that are willing to help. If you want a disappointing trip to the deli like I had, stop by this place, they won’t let you down.

Winn Dixie, Winn Dixie, now days when yo go there what you see it is a worker just chatting with another one while the vegetables section its empty... what a shame because it is not the first time I see that. Now Winn Dixie pays a salary for chatting, and we the costumer have to turn around and go to another store to find what we are looking for. ( After here it is my first review)Winn Dixie looks like we all win with their fabulous price and deals!!!! And now with the remodeling happening at the store...a WOW! I would it give 5 ⭐ but the only bad thing about the store are some of the employees, I have the bad experience to be at the deli department a couple months ago and a American lady was needing a Cuban Sandwich and the lady at the sandwich station could not understood what the American lady was saying and she rolled her Eye 👀 at the American Lady and so the lady at salad station did to the other costumer. I don't like that. The American people has no fault at all that the lady's at the Deli doesn't speak English. And we are in America. We, the costumers are the one that makes a business going up when we go and get our grocery or food or whatever... it's not fair that Americans come to get what they need and get a roll up eye... because the dependent couldn't understand anything. And the costumers wasn't even been rude. She was a little frustrated because the dependent couldn't understand anything but that's it!!!

First time there. Very nice store. Lots of Hispanic foods/choices, which makes sense considering the neighborhood. I'm sure I'll be back.

I just had a very unpleasant experience at this local win Dixie. There was only one woman working during the lunch rush even though there was a big line of people trying to order lunch. All the while there are several other workers in the back just observing but not helping during all this. The worst part was your worker xiomy. Very very rude. I will not be coming back.

I usually go to Winn Dixie to do my shopping and this week I saw a very unpleasant act. One of the managers was yelling at his employees in a very violent and terrifying way. His name was Yoel. I don’t want to harm anyone, but I won’t t allow a woman to be mistreated in my presence that way. If a manager doesn’t t know how to carry out his responsibilities correctly, it should have consequences. To be honest if I have to see that man again I will rather go to make my next shopping in another store. (My mom tried to make the complaining by your website but it didn’t let her send it, you should also work on that)

Good selection, clean, helpful employees! Plenty of BOGO's every week, though their prices have really gone up in the past couple months and seems like more than their competition, and lately some stock is very low or absent..... Maybe getting ready for their sale to Aldi?????

Ordered prescription renewal on smart phone app. Never go a text or call it is ready. Have tried contacting the pharmacy for 2 days but they do not answer their phone. Left a voice msg today at 9:30 AM. No response. Is their Pharmacy still open at that location?
