Homeless man laying around the other side of the stripmall looked like he was dying in the heat. The butcher gave us some ice and we bought water for him. The homeless man ended up being pretty rude. Everyone was nice and caring wanting to help. Great staff! Glad to see people care. Thank you for being good people.
You cannot beat chek cold drinks. The caffeine free diet is delicious and so is the freshly diet citrus one. I don't shop here very often, but I should.
One of my favorite grocery stores. This one took me back to the old days and the money I've saved shopping here. I was looking for a Baskin-Robbins and found this gem instead. We do not have these anymore in Lafayette but I wish they would bring them back.
Nice store, kinda hit and miss on friendly service and prices are going up but what else is new, No more than other grocery stores.
Great deals at times on buy one get one free but seems to be out of alot of supplies when ordered online threw a delivery setvice
I ordered a total of 4 platters for catering my graduation party. 3 in the deli, and 1 in produce. The fruit tray I ordered was filled with perfectly ripe and well-cut fresh fruit, and was wonderful! I also ordered a Cheese Sampler and Mediterranean Delight platter which were prepared super precisely and diligently.
The chicken tender platter was finished right as I went to pick up the order for optimal freshness, and I really appreciate being able to bring fresh tenders to my party, rather than stale ones. The portions were plenty and the quality of everything was superb.
Everything was a hit with my guests and I will be sure to come back to this store for my catering needs. The price was very affordable (4 large trays cost right at $130), and it certainly beat trying to maintain restaurant reservations. The staff I interacted with in placing my order and picking up were nothing but kind, courteous, and very proficient. Kudos to them, and thanks for the great service! I wish I took photos of my order, but everything was gone so fast! 😃
The best place for meats. If you keep an eye open they throw good sales. Also you can usually get a 12 pack of monster for 20 bucks making them less than 2 bucks a piece. The deli has sales on sandwich meat from time to time and the lines at the store are usually small.
Winn dixie is a little more expensive but the store is normally clean an stocked compared to Walmart
What a great place to grab some food!!! The staff was so friendly. They let us try samples before we bought our food. We're from Arizona and never had Louisiana food. This place is delicious. Definitely stop in, if your in the area.
Didn't spend time inside the main bar area. I attended a Queer North shore Meetup event and we hung out across the street. I believe that is where the food area is. I was there on a Wednesday evening and the kitchen isn't open Monday through Wednesda

Calm, quiet, leisurely shopping visit. The young woman on staff offered me a free coffee with cream and sugar ð¥°. News to me, they sell coffee beans and grind them up for you. The coffee was good btw lol. Clean shop. Whimsical feel. Garden acces
