Winn-Dixie - Grocery store in Naples - 7550 Mission Hills Dr, USA

I do appreciate some great prices, but this is the slowest grocery store ever. It seems as though employees are not trained to be efficient or be aware of their surroundings to improve customer service. This is consistent every time I visit, but today I witnessed a cashier open up a register link that wasn’t needed and had no customers, so he just stood there. It was the register next to the customer service desk, at which a line was developing and he could’ve served half the people in the line for a regular checkout. I was in the line to make a quick one-item exchange, which took 10 minutes.

I ordered a cake yesterday, got it today for my sons baptism and I am so impressed! It was delicious and they created exactly what I asked for. Both ladies at the bakery were super helpful and the cashier was also very sweet and friendly. Also, cannot beat the price! Lastly, the store is well maintained and clean.

We normally go to the one on Golden gate Pkwy we decided to try this one and what a difference for the better. There were no taxi people in the parking lot where you had to not only have to fight for a parking spot, drive the wrong way and concerned for your safety. The store was laid out differently but overall a good experience. The bathroom could use some work but nothing major. Although a lot further for us to drive is was worth the trip. Since the last post they have done repairs. The staff is friendly and understands English. Well worth the extra time and long drive.

They had some really great deals and i wish we had one near us. The food was fresh, staff was helpful, and store was clean. There were some weird prices but overall; I’d shop

Horrible customer service! Our cashier bagged our items too heavy, and it broke. We had a glass of Mirin break, and everyone just stared at us like we bothered them, then ignored us. The manager finally came (older guy in his 70s, white hair, and on the heavier side) after an employee called him, and he not once acknowledged us. We tried asking him if we could get another since it broke, and he completely ignored us like we didn't exist. He kept going on about cleaning it up and shoving us out of the way without saying a word to us. We ended up having to leave without the item that broke without a replacement. We weren't even handed a receipt.

This is my local store and we’ve been shopping here for four years. We know everybody in that store pretty much and it was great up until the last few months management just seems to not care more with any customer service. The Hispanic girls at customer service do not seem to be very friendly at all with neither myself nor my husband on many occasions, and none of management has trained the teenage baggers on how to properly bag someone’s cart, or the etiquette of taking criticism when someone asks them not to squish this soft objects again I came out and my bananas were on the bottom. My chips were on the bottom. The bread was on the bottom. Remind you, I have juices and waters and bags and meat and canned food and oat shakes all that is heavy on top of my vegetables and fruits, when I mentioned it to the child, because that’s what he is, he was a child, and I was correcting him on how to do it. He just walked away from me, and then management just stood there and stared at me until I was done and told me thank you this is not customer service. This is horrible.

I want to first start with with Thank You Mannie. You went above any manger. I was so pleased to see you did order the ham salad. Because of that i ended up buying all of my holidays food. As i was walking threw out the store i had several employee ask me if i needed help finding something. Again Thank You.. Cashier Linda you was amazing friendly fast Merry Christmas. This Winn-Dixie won my business the store is very clean. The deli was super clean. The hot food looked fresh. Thank You it was refreshing shopping in a store where people spoke English. People said Thank You How Are you. Can i help you find something. Its all of this to why im writing this review. Please keep it up. Great Job

Love shopping at Winn-Dixie, best selection of meat around. We are saddened to hear Winn-Dixie is closing here in Florida. No other store compares in value.
