I just had the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever ate. Crispy, Juicy , and each bite just melts together. The flavor was consistent, perfectly balanced and definitely leaves you wanting more. The service was amazing and they have definitely made me a regular

My partner and I stopped in one cold night and were greeted with the most thoughtful and kind service. The wings were excellent and incredibly tasty. We tried the honey bbq, lemony lemon pepper, and cajun. Our favorite was definitely the honey bbq, it had a perfect saucy consistency and the flavors were tantalizing, though all of the wings were passionately seasoned and fall off the bone moist meaty goodness. The owner was incredibly sweet and generous with his words and actions, not to mention his enthusiasm for creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere was a refreshing and heartwarming experience. Overall, I’d highly recommend this wing spot to anyone looking for good wings, good people, or a good time. Would definitely revisit any time I’m in town.

I tried Wingopolis on a whim and I was absolutely blown away by the flavor of the wings. You can tell that the owner, Trevor, puts his heart and soul into this business. I went back 3 times in the span of the next month. This was healthiest wing than I've ever had. Trevor talked about his unique process of cooking and the oils he uses leading to healthier composition. To boil it down, I ate a lot of wings, they tasted incredibly good, and I felt great all day long (and the ensuing week). Lastly, you are supporting a small business that is taking on some big challengers. I got no doubt that Wingopolis' wings will win out and Trevor has some big ambitions for this business. I think it'd be great if you tried this spot out (and become a regular :) )

I visited Wingopolis as a group of 3 & I wanted to leave a review to address the following three areas: Customer Service: I definitely appreciated Trevor’s initial customer service! He was very inquisitive which showed me he cared about getting to know his customers… He even thanked us for choosing his restaurant and said that he would be quick because we were his FIRST customers and he had no other orders. Now.. let’s fast forward to the downhill portion. BEFORE paying I asked Trevor how long the order would take and he assured us only “17-20 mins” and again mentioned us being the first customers of the night and even jokingly said he’d even go quicker for the baby (as one member in the group is pregnant). Unfortunately, it took almost 45mins to receive our food (43 mins to be exact). Towards the end of Trevor finishing the order I politely commented on how he told me one time and took double. As a rebuttal Trevor immediately told me I was a disappointment and that it’s always and only his people who complain. He then said he could refund me & also said it’s okay if I didn’t come back to eat there. Although feeling disrespected I STILL calmly told Trevor that it’s sad he called me a disappointment, declined the refund and stated it doesn’t change the fact that as a paying customer he quoted me 17-20mins, took 43 and he didn’t have the courtesy to acknowledge it. To that, Trevor called me a disappointment AGAIN and said it’s sad that todays people have no respect for service workers. At that point, he continued to insult me so I assured him the disappointment was now mutual because in no way should I have been treated or talked to like that. Also, unbeknownst to Trevor, I AM a service worker as well, and I work in the culinary industry as well. So as a BLACK SERVICE WORKER in the same industry as him, and as a BLACK customer no it is not acceptable to take people’s money, over promise & under deliver and feel entitled to not have your service commented on solely because the customer is the same race as you? I do not care if you are black, white, islander, or whatever.. it is NOT honorable customer service to 1. b.s. your customer and tell them you can make an order in 17mins when you’re not fully set up and ready 2. verbally insult your customer because they had a voice about the service and 3. it should NOT take almost 45 mins for a 20 piece wing & fries when you had NO other orders. Aside from the issues, Trevor did throw in extra wings prior to the insults however, but in no way does that suffice for the way I was talked to and insulted and for no reason other than the fact that I politely made a comment about the wait time. Food: Hence the long wait, all of our food was fresh and cooked properly. The wings and sauces were amazing. The Deep BBQ was my favorite. (I’m also a huge ranch lover and am picky) The ranch was really good!!! The fries were okay but they were fresh. Atmosphere: Atmosphere in general was lacking due to the fact that my group arrived about 5:45pm (Wingopolis opens at 5:30pm) and he was still setting up (this should have been our sign BUT he said 17-20mins so we stayed). Overall, I didn’t have a great experience which is so unfortunate because I’m a foodie, love supporting black (my people’s) businesses, AND am a service worker in this economy as well and I feed people & I would never tell my customer the things he said to me ESPECIALLY if I completed their order later than I told them. I literally politely commented on the wait time and was basically told that because I’m black & he’s black and had a voice about the service, I’m a disappointment. As amazing as the wings were, I can’t bring myself to give anything other than a 1 because no customer should experience what I did especially when I wasn’t even disrespectful. Aside from all of that, I’m always grateful to receive a meal and am grateful that the food quality was great! Thank you Wingopolis!

On a whole other level than wing stop, no joke… unfortunately they didn’t have potato salad but I was blessed with some french fries anyway, which were delicious. Support your local black owned business, will be returning in the near future no doubt.

Everything was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! The wings (Lemony Lemon Pepper), the shrimp tempura (Garlicky Garlic) and the potato salad, just AMAZING!!! The absolute extraordinary caliber of the customer service given by the Owner/ Chef can not be beat!

Ordered the crossover over combo with Lemmony lemon pepper and my girlfriend ordered the Buffalo wings. 1. Service was amazing 👏🏻 super nice and very good person 2. Can't wait to see how the location will turn out. It has great potential 3. The food is what it says it is, Gourmet. •added note went there for wings but the shrimp tempura was pretty bomb too. -highly recommend this to friends and will be coming here again.👍🏻

The wings and fries here are superb (I had the mild Buffalo and the lemony lemon pepper)! 👍🏼🙂 I am glad that the Lord led me here providentially via a Google search because the place is difficult to spot and I probably would not have found it otherwise. The owner (whose name is Tony if I'm not mistaken) is very friendly! Great spot overall. The reason for not leaving 5 stars is that some pretty ungodly music was being played rather loudly. I really wish that wasn't case, especially given that there's a verse from the Holy Scriptures on the wall. I hope the music choice will be changed. All things considered though, still worth the trip and I will be back again soon, Lord willing.
