Wingate by Wyndham Waynesboro/Route 340 - Hotel in Waynesboro - 20 Windigrove Dr, USA

This hotel is in a good location and for the price it’s a good value. Our room was clean and in good condition. The rest of the hotel is showing its age. The staff was friendly and helpful but you have to request housekeeping if you are there more than one day. They don’t empty trash etc otherwise. The hotel breakfast was adequate but not great and most of the hot food was rather sparse. My family enjoyed the pool which is always open. There were several signs around the hotel about things not working (hot tub/water fountain etc)

We loved our stay here! Everything from check in to the room to the hot tub/pool was absolutely wonderful! I cannot really say anything about the breakfast, as we did not partake, but I will say it smelled great! We originally booked for a one night stay but ended up extending a second night.

The staff, Sandra, Bethany, and Michael were the absolute BEST. They went above and beyond to help us. They treated us like family! We were greeted with smiles at every encounter and they were so helpful with everything. Michael kept the breakfast bar fully stocked and the food hot and delicious! We will honestly return just to hang out with them again! The hotel was comfortable, quiet, and clean. The breakfast bar and pool were great!

Check-in/Check-out was quick. Our room was ready upon arrival. ||Hotel has had rooms remodeled and everything was very clean. Shower pressure was excellent in our room, AC ran good. ||Breakfast was delicious. Hotel is in great location. We will be staying here again in the future.

Easy to get to and in/out of. The staff was friendly, rooms were fairly clean- but the bathrooms needed some additional attention. Mold on the ceiling in the shower area, what appeared to be urine around the toilet, and various hair. The pool was warm, open 24/7, but the hot tub was broken and we were told they were unsure of when it will be fixed. The staff brought in clean warm towels while we were swimming (which was awesome). There’s a fountain looking thing in the lobby with green algae growing in it, which was entertaining- but should probably be emptied. Overall- the staff made up for any downfalls. I wish the bathroom had been in better shape- but couldn’t have been more pleased with the workers. We could take or leave the breakfast, but everything was fresh and perfect temperature and the staff monitored the breakfast area constantly- cleaning and restocking. The hallways smelled quite strongly of weed, but it’s a hotel under $100. 🤷‍♀️ We would stay here again.

The room was somewhat clean. There was a beer top on the floor when we arrived. The pool has very minimal chairs. Hardly enough for 2 families to sit. The younger front desk clerk was clearly under the influence when we arrived. Her eyes drooped and hardly awake. When we came back down to get dinner, she was outfront smoking pot with someone else. The smell.was horrible.

The hot tub was out of order, but I am still giving a good review because the pool was warm and actually open in the morning. The girl who checked us in was very friendly, and I saw her again in the morning so a hard worker too. Very nice staff. Close to restaurants. Clean and a good night sleep.

Rooms were adequate, basically what I expect from any establishment. Breakfast was terrible. They were out of almost everything except some very brown bananas and we were at least 45 minutes from the posted time when they stop bringing out more food. If you're like me and expect a good breakfast, I cannot recommend this place.
