Wingate by Wyndham Savannah/Pooler - Hotel in Savannah - 50 Sylvester C. Formey Dr, USA

I always stay at this hotel but this time my experience was entire different. Not wifi for 3 days, not breakfast one day due to kitchen problems, another day not eggs, saussage and another day these things were over at 9:30am. I stayed for one week. i am not sure if i come back. The location of the hotel is very convinient but this time it has changed a lot. Needs more service people at the desk. Happy people is needed.

The hotel is located within a mile from I-95, Walmart, and Sams. Two or three miles down the road is Tanger outlet, many places to eat, and everything in between. The hotel sits across from a golf course and a nice lake. ||The room was very clean, spacious, and relaxing. The bed was soft, the pillows were fluffy, and the bathroom looked good. We enjoyed every night of our stay. The staff at the front desk were very friendly. There is a microwave, small fridge, and a coffee maker in the room. ||I had an issue where my room card wouldn't work, however, I was informed I left my room cards near my phone which demagnetized the room cards. ||There is an ice machine next to the elevator which was very convenient. My only gripe was the breakfast, it's nothing special to celebrate over, but it wasn't bad. Breakfast ends at 10AM and they stopped adding food around 9:25AM, and people had to eat what was left. When it ran out, they never added anything back. The lady who was in control of the food looked in the empty containers and closed them, but never added any extra food. Luckily for us we ate before the food ran out.

Excellent value for price of room. Friendly staff, room was spotless, bed very comfortable. Delicious hot breakfast with variety of choices; proteins, vegetables, fruits, dairy and carbs. Coffee was very good. Close to airport and downtown Savannah. Will stay here again when in the area.

After a long frustrating day of flight delays, I stayed one night on June 2, 2024. I checked in at 12:30 AM and the male desk host could not have been more accommodating. Check in took less than 5 minutes. He asked if I needed anything else. I declined and he reiterated the directions to my room. Please commend and reward your night desk manager! The room was cool, clean and well appointed. And the included breakfast was impressive! Everything I needed to recharge!

Everything was great!!! It was very convenient to all of the stores, restaurants and 15 minutes to River Street. Staff was amazing and so courteous. Great staff! I will definitely come back to this location when I'm back in Savannah.

The room was super clean and bed was comfortable! The staff was friendly and courteous! They offered free hot breakfast which turned out to be pretty good. They did not disappoint! Great stay!

I stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Every staff member I came in contact with was very nice and more than polite and willing to help. Check in was a breeze, my room was clean(carpet could stand a cleaning, had a couple of stains), beds and pillows were comfy. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Everyone!

Comfortable beds. Welcoming, friendly and helpful people working here. Clean. Nice outdoor pool. Good variety of restaurants nearby, as in within walking distance across the parking lot and within a 4 to 10 minute drive. We have no complaints.
