Excellent, clean, and quiet hotel! Delicious breakfast as well! It’s close to everything you may need to get to. The rooms and bathrooms are modern and updated. Plenty of free parking. Update 7/14/24: We checked out on 7/5/24 and I still haven’t received my $149.32 deposit back yet. 😡 Update 8/6/24: I finally received $100 back but not the full $149.32 that was taken.

No. 1 Robb Robb Robb, he is so awesome!!! Exceptional customer service experience with him and I loved his personality. The hotel is definitely worth the stay. I would book here when I come back. The breakfast was good with many choices. I have never ate biscuits with gravy until eating here and want more lol. I loved it here should I say more? The hot tub o my...I can go on and on

This hotel looks decent on the surface because it's still fairly new, but you can tell (by the finishes) that it is a cut-rate hotel. The rooms are modernly decorated and the beds were comfy, however, there was a weird smell in one area of the room. Also, there was a dead roach on the night stand. The footrest in the shower was broken, the bathroom floor wasn't clean, and the bathrooms are small. They did offer us another room so that they can spray. We appreciated it and took it, but it was a huge inconvenience because we had to move after a long day out. I requested a refund for that day and it was granted. The other thing I didn't like was being charged up front for the full 5-night stay plus $100 hold for incidentals. I had never experienced that; I was always charged at checkout. Overall, the staff was very kind and accommodating.

Clean, comfortable and great location! 30 minutes to Panama Beach and all of the fun shops and activities! Staff was nice and accommodating to us and our dog. Price was great and we enjoyed the free breakfast. The indoor heated pool looked nice but we didn’t have time to swim this time. Would stay again.

We traveled from Ga to FL for a bday weekend getaway and booked a room here. When we first checked into our room it had an awful order of pee so we had to change rooms which the 2nd room didn’t smell the cleanest either. We informed the front desk attendant that we had a service dog and she said that we wouldn’t be charged a pet fee or any extra charges. Later on that night my sister and I went out to eat for dinner and we asked the attendant at the front Robb could we do a late checkout for the following day and very rudely his response was “no we can’t accommodate you because we’re full to capacity with late checkouts, and checkout time is at 11.” So my sister and I were like ok fine. So as we were sitting at dinner I got a notification from my back for a charge placed on my account from the hotel. As we were checking out the previous day I spoke with the attendant Thelma pertaining to the charges on my account and she said that Robb had charged us a pet fee charge. Thelma was very helpful and nice and called and spoke with someone pertaining to the charge and she said that we won’t be charged. Thelma was very helpful but Robb was VERY rude and unprofessional.

Positive: Indoor pool and indoor hot tub Negative: Dirty sheets on sofa bed. Floors were slightly sloped. Need signs for no food or drink in the pool area. Staff had to keep interrupting people stating "no food or drink in the pool area" after 30 minutes of being there. Horrible beds, not comfortable.

Hot Tub ruined my swimsuit- told the front desk and they didn’t care. They said “it’s an acceptable level”. The air conditioner in the room was loud/squeaky and the room needs a dehumidifier. Old hotel that they slapped some fresh paint on the walls to try to pass off as clean.
