Wingate by Wyndham Little Rock - Hotel in Little Rock - 1212 S Shackleford Rd, USA

The hospitality was great. The staff was just fabulous, very knowledgeable and friendly. As soon as we walked into the hotel they made us the center of their attention and made us feel very at home. I was especially grateful for all of the help BRADY offered me. There were luggage carts available and they even offered to help us unload. The hotel was modern and our room was very clean and comfortable. This hotel stands out as one of the best we've ever been to.

This was a very nice and clean hotel. Customer service was excellent, Brady the front desk guy was great, he helped me immediately and was fast. Good customer service all around. When I come back to town I hope my company will book me here again.

Great and convenient place to stay when I’m in town for work. Easy to get to with a variety of dining choices nearby. Clean, comfortable rooms. Brady is always nice and helpful. |It is irritating that the closest parking spaces are for EV cars and are almost never used.

Nice hotel, convenient to work, hospitals, and many dining options. Clean, comfortable rooms with easy check in. Stephen is always very nice and helpful. I would have left my Yeti cup if Stephen hadn’t reminded me to get it when I checked out. One problem for me was the new toilets with the push button flush feature. They are lower to the floor which is difficult for my knees and the flush button is difficult for my arthritic fingers!

The hotel is nice and clean and was a pleasant stay. The staff was very nice. Brady at the front desk was incredibly nice and accommodating. Would definitely recommend anybody to stay here if you are looking for an affordable and clean please to stay.

The stay at this Wingate in Little Rock AR was excellent. The room was clean, the breakfast bar was plentiful, and the location convenient to Arkansas Heart Hospital. |Brady went over and above to accommodate our needs. I would give him 10 stars!

Great location, close to many restaurants, Baptist Hospital, Arkansas Heart Hospital. Upon check in the clerk noticed I was disabled and promptly gave me a 1st floor room. He told me where I could park so I wouldn’t have to walk very far, as they were getting very busy. The keycards they gave the guests were not working well for outside or room doors, had to insert at least 6 times. (Several guests were having issues) The room was nice clean and the bed was comfortable! I called desk to ask about the internet, was told they didn’t have free WiFi.??? Then the desk clerk proceeded to tell me how to connect to the FREE internet. The breakfast had a variety, of fresh fruit, omelets, bacon, pancakes, juice, coffee and milk. The ice machine wasn’t working on the 1st floor, so had to go to 3rd to get ice. After I took shower noticed that there wasn’t a hairdryer in my room, so I had to go to the desk to bring one, because no answer when I called. All in all it was kind of a mixed bag of good and bad.

Great place, very clean, modern, friendly! Brady was super friendly and nice! The hotel is in a nice area with restaurants, gas stations, etc. nearby. |We travel a lot, this hotel is comparable to any Hyatt or Hilton.
