Very nice stay.. a couple of hiccups but was resolved n a timely manner. Room was nice n clean. Breakfast was pretty gd. The front desk people were great as well. The only problem tht I did hv was it only being one working elevator. Other than tht we enjoyed our stay. I'll definitely cm bk. Thanks again for hosting me n my family.

We arrived at the hotel at 4 pm. The receptionist was nice enough although he seemed a bit confused. We get our rooms keys and head to our room. The room was "musty" as if it had not been used in some time. The window was filthy, there were black spots on the walls and ceiling. Sat there for a few minutes before we realized it was mold. We went back to front desk and requested a room change New room smelt fresher but you could tell there was poor ventilation. Looks to have condensation on floors (very slick) and the fan that should come on in bathroom never did. It says the fan is automatic but it obviously isn't. The room held so much moisture and made it hard to breathe. The next day, went to breakfast and it was a joke. Dry eggs, hard biscuits, bland gravy. That's it, No meat. The apple juice was watered down. And the coffee was luke warm. Requested late check out and paid $25 extra. Sitting in room at 9:45 and "maintenance" is trying to get in my room. Regular check out is not til 11 so why was an employee attempting to get in the room at 9:45 especially when I paid to check out at 1 pm? Nothing about this seems legit. When I called the front desk, they didn't seem concerned and said oh they must have the wrong room.

It was fine except that when my son checked out very early in the morning (before 5 am), he left his air pods in his room. He called as soon as he got out of his appt. and the front desk kept telling him they would check and call him right back. This went on for more than five hours and then after 5:30 pm when he called they told him they asked the cleaning crew and no one had found them. My question would have been how many people cleaned the room?

The clerk (Oliver) checking us in was AWESOME!!! The cook for Sunday was great too. She was friendly and willing to advise if questions or assistance was needed. I believe her name was Katrina if not apologies. Housekeeping could use a little upgrade, but things were decent.

Rooms have mold in the ceiling and smell of mildew. The shower stall curtains are too short to prevent the water from spilling all over the floor. The hallway carpet is downright filthy dirty. The desk clerk allowed a group of people to party in the eating area with extremely loud rap music along with some dancing. The desk clerk allowed a group of motorcyclists to block the main entrance to hotel three consecutive nights along the late-night noise from the motorcycles. This entire hotel should be condemned or closed for renovations. It has an 8.0 rating. The rating should be 2.5. This was a huge mistake for me, and I based my reservation on the reviews. Those reviews are definitely outdated.

stopped for 1 night passing thru, bathroom was dirty and had tape all over door still from painting it and room had a weird unpleasant smell. was told they didn’t have any extra linens and to come back the next day. our sofa bed had stains all over it so sheets the day we were checking out would’ve been useless. they had trash laying in bags in the hallway instead of a trash can. our tv didn’t work at all. pictures definitely deceive the quality of the hotel but other than that the breakfast was ok and the beds were clean and decent comfort. if you don’t mind all the rest then it’s an ok place to stay if your only stopping for a few hours to sleep then driving again like we did but definitely wouldn’t be my first pick of choice.

Don't stay here. While the rooms are reasonably clean this hotel is entirely unsecured. Two exterior ground floor doors are broken and never lock. The result? People walking up and down hallways and stairs throughout the entire night starting around 11. There is criminal activity in the parking lot in plain sight so.......you can imagine who the people in the hall are. Don't kid yourself there have been three murders recently in this hotel and yet despite that they make absolutely no effort to keep their guests safe. However they close their pool at 9:00 and are extremely rude about it so go figure where their priorities really are.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Southern hospitality is the best hospitality. The manager was very friendly and knowledgeable I was me here and she made sure I was well accommodated. The Indian guy well.. I won’t taint my review but he could use a customer service class or two. But I will fore-sure return if my experience will be as pleasant as it was with the cute lady with the pretty locs.
