Don’t come here for the love of everything holy. Made the mistake of coming here on a family vacation. Check-in was a nightmare, as at only 9 PM, there’s no staff member available to assist you. Instead they have a Kiosk which uses outsourcing to connect you to an agent in the Philippines. We tried to get our room and the agent told us that we didn’t have two beds in our room, when we specifically booked a 2 queen room. We showed them our booking which stated what room type we had, and they still refused to give it to us without up-charging us. Attempting to resolve the issue, we called Trip Advisor and they double confirmed that they had requested a double room on our behalf. The agent then finally gave us our key to a double queen room. At the same time, another elderly couple was checking in and they told us they had been up-charged to a double room when they had requested a single room. I don’t even know what to say about that one. The room at first looked clean, but we quickly found out otherwise. Behind a broken wall panel in the shower we found black mold! The beds were fine, and otherwise the night was uneventful. What a mess. The prices were ridiculous for a stay like this. You might be better off trying your luck in the mountains.

Beyond terrible: wouldn't honor the rate quoted on the phone, both lamps stopped working in the first 10 minutes. Toilet never flushed once (had an odd leak in the flush valve). Room not clean. Keeping our luggage in the shower and hoping the bed bugs didn't bite! Worst hotel i've stayed at in a long time at any price and we paid $200.

The staff was fine. Very helpful. The building is so poorly built that every footstep in the hall or above the room booms like an elephant and the ac/heater resonates like a bell. Also the toilet didn't flush well. For the price, stay somewhere else.

I absolutely love staying here!!! The rooms are fantastic!!! Clean & smell good. The lighting is awesome!! Nice and bright. Very friendly staff. Breakfast is great.

I came in late, and in the morning when I went to shower, I noticed the bathroom smelled musty, and when looking, mold was pretty easy to spot. When I brought it up with management they simply said they would send maintenance. Breakfast was underwhelming and there wasn't enough of the hot food. I'm very disappointed I didn't even get an apology, much less any attempt to remedy my experience. I'll spend the $20 to stay elsewhere next time.

Broken nightstand lamp was leaning and about to fall apart. All wood furniture scuffed and damaged. Wood sink trim damaged and peeling. Refrigerator dented. Paint peeling and bubbling around shower. Breaker panel door duct taped shut except the tape was degraded and the door stood partially open. Black spatter marks on the bathroom wall looked like electrical burns or weld spatter. Mismatched furniture. Towels and rags appeared yellowish when wet. Housekeeping staff were friendly but that was the one redeeming quality.

Staff is nice, but this place is a dump. Can't close the bathroom door because the door frame is jacked. Floor tiles cracked. Have to shoulder check the door to get into the room. Tried calling the front desk but the phone doesn't work. Light bulbs out, 80s furniture shoved in to the room. Bathroom fan sounds like a plane taking off but does not vent the room at all. Dirty worn out towels, dirty room, dirty qtips on the floor, ramen noodles in the microwave. Save your money. WAY OVER PRICED for what this place is. I cant believe Wyndham associated there name with this place.

Positive: The furnishings were fine, the bed was comfortable, the location and parking were good. Negative: The walls are paper thin. I have never stayed in a hotel of this caliber and still be able to fully hear a Tv all night in the next room along with toilets flushing in surrounding rooms.
