staff very helpful, best service, new rooms, walking showers are brand new, staff give all information about fort Jackson base for our graduation trip. i will book next stay with them as well. there is no issue during our stay. all over good experience.

This hotel is freshly renovated and the pieces chosen were done so beautifully. I booked my room as a last minute necessity and didn’t even look at the pictures. While they could use a sign at the road entrance to direct visitors, the location doesn’t take away from the hotels beauty once you step inside. I didn’t look at the pictures beforehand and was pleasantly surprised to find a large standing shower (I’m a big woman), a stunning light up mirror, a full length mirror in the hall, and soft closing cabinet drawers for storage. My request for a ground floor room was accommodated without question, the linens were soft, pillows were plush, and even the bed was firm enough to support my back (scoliosis) but soft enough to still be comfortable. There were a couple cosmetic notices I plan to reach out to them about, as no place is perfect, but nothing worth noting in a review. Being just 15 minutes from my parents, I have added this location to my Wyndham favorites for future visits.

The area was really bad, we caught someone trying to break into our BRAND new car the 1st night there. Service was ok. The room and atmosphere inside was amazing! A very stark contrast to the outside.

The hotel freshly renovated and the pieces chosen were done so beautifully. I loved outdoor patio furniture piece is so unique. All over service is good. I recommended all travelers to choose this hotel.

The customer service is great!they gave breakfast in the morning i had there waffles very good you can get as many as you like!good place for a romantic night me and my husband went for a vacation!! Its a quiet place no one will bother you.

The room was dirty, there was no TV remote or soap and shampoo in the bathroom. We booked a suite and the pull out couch was broken and had no sheets or pillows for it.

Clean rooms, nice staff, always had extra towels on hand.

Positive: Nothing about this hotel stood out. Negative: Druggies on the premises No security Transients coming and going thru out the day and night. Staff not worried about random people coming and going. Mold in bathroom and shower didn¿t work. Hotel going thru major renovations but not mentioned. Negative: ""
