Wingate by Wyndham Butte City Center I-15/I-90 - Hotel in Butte - 2107 Cornell Ave, USA

The hotel was easy on/off the highway during our road trip. The room was clean, though you could tell it was clearly a remodel from a previous named hotel (older tub, lots of caulking). Bed was comfy, pillows great. Breakfast was free and adequate. Breakfast room had few tables, was super hot and had sticky floors but it fed us so... . Good little stop-over hotel. ||||Bummer : Local kids swimming lessons (though great for them!) took over the pool, and then the pool was closed for maintenance for the remainder of our visit. :-(

Stayed here for several days on an unexpected trip. The hotel was amazing. Super friendly staff all the way from the front desk help to the cleaners. A very nice breakfast room with stuff available to make sandwiches and other small snacks throughout the day. The rates were very reasonable compared to others in the area, and this place was very clean and inviting unlike others we saw, and experienced, in the area. I would definitely recommend this place!

The room was clean and spacious (actually a lot of empty space with no furniture). Plenty of towels provided. The fridge had a freezer. There was no in room coffee maker. The bathroom was TINY! Kind of a weird layout too. The staff was helpful-found me an extra pillow. We were late to breakfast, but they were nice and we could grab a bagel and some “juice”. It was good value for the money.

The bedrooms are nice and the beds are comfortable (we stayed two times in different weeks here). The hallways are dusty and dirty. For breakfast is not to much for all guests. No napkins, just few slices bread available. The guests are sharing what was available for breakfast. The employees at the counter love to play on their phone and didn’t care what’s going on at breakfast time. After few people waited and said something they were in bad mood and brought something more. But they have emotions if they would pay for the food out of the pocket?!? Friendly is something else. Right to closing of breakfast they filled up the breakfast area with fresh stuff and the employees started enjoying their breakfast. All enough for employees but not for guests in the morning. Just for a sleep over I would recommend the hotel, but for breakfast, just grab a coffee or tea and go.

The absolute best customer service. The ladies that welcomed us and checked us out were the absolute best. They made us feel extra welcome and made every moment of this experience beyond pleasant. It made us sad we were only there one night. I believe it was Stephanie who welcomed us and had just started and this place is lucky to have her. She is AMAZING!! I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Thank you for making this an amazing night after a long drive.

There was dirty laundry from the previous occupant hanging on the back of the bathroom door. The sink had not been cleaned where the previous occupant had shaved. There were black hairs all over the sink. The mirror had white matter running down it and had dried on it. In the morning at breakfast two of the cartons on milk were curdled. Nasty and disgusting 🤮

If I could give zero stars I would. We booked a double queen room thru Expedia and when we checked in they gave us a single queen room and said that was what had come thru from Expedia. After nearly an hour of going back and forth with the hotel and Expedia, the hotel manager basically said they could not change the reservation in the system and could not give us the double queen room we had already paid for. Manager was rude, front desk girl was rude and clearly did not want to help. We finally gave up and went to another nearby hotel. Today I have found out that the hotel refuses to release the booking to Expedia so that Expedia can issue us a refund. It is extremely frustrating that the issue is really between Expedia and the hotel and yet I am the one who paid for a room I never got to use and cannot get a refund. The hotel manager lied to Expedia and said they offered us a free room upgrade, which he DID NOT. BLATANT LIE

Driving through town, only needed to stay one night. This hotel had good reviews. I’d say otherwise. Desk staff was friendly, but that’s about all this place has going for it. Room was semi updated. Bath/toilet room was very small and not updated. Sink was outside in the main room, counter was very low, below waist level. Could not figure out the channel guide, called front desk 3x for help, twice it went to voicemail, when she finally answered she put me on hold.. after about 10 mins I hung up and she never called the room back.. Heater was so loud and went on every few minutes. Finally woke up to turn it off completely. Was a cold night, it would have been nice to have.. Breakfast was the real disappointment.. came down at 7:30am. Everything hot was already gone. The housekeeping staff were standing at the front desk EATING the complementary breakfast.. while guests went without. We waited maybe half hour to see if things would be restocked.. nope. I would never stay here again. Location was good, easy to get back to highway.
