If you don't care about what the building looks like this place will do. They lazily did the wallpaper and didn't care if the paint got on the door. The rooms themselves had no carpet which was nice. Our bed sank so low we had a hard time getting out. The room was overall clean. Our bathtub was removed and replaced with plastic tube so it became a walk-in shower. The walls are thin. Got woken up by dogs and people leaving the building. The rooms are in three different buildings. One has the pool/hot tub,the other has breakfast room. We stayed for 6 days and they literally had the same egg and sausage breakfast the entire stay. After I found ants in the cereal I quit eating there. The breakfast room was clean that's why I was so surprised to find ants in there. Sits right off they highway exit. Mall is across the street. Felt safe. Area is prefect for shopping/walking around! If you don't mind cosmetic issues, this place will definitely be worth it.

ELEGANT, clean, and comfy room! Great high queen size bed, nice amenities... Really nice bathroom, great air conditioning, quiet... I loved everything about this hotel except for the fact they didn't have an elevator. Didn't really matter though. I stayed here two nights and really enjoyed it.

Beware, the listings on 3rd party booking websites are partially inaccurate. We booked a king studio with a pull-out sofa and were given a king bedroom without a pull-out sofa. The manager on duty said it was the 3rd party booking site's fault and refused to let us cancel without paying full price! Eventually, after some insistence on my part, they did get us switched with another guest who had the pull out sofa in their room. The experience took an hour to resolve and was a frustrating start to our weekend trip. Pros: Room was well appointed and clean Breakfast staff were wonderful Breakfast room was spacious and elegant Cons: hot tub jets didn't work Website's room listing was inaccurate Poor customer service Shortage of pillows Pool was FREEZING COLD (not heated)

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well maintained property with an immaculate room, sumptuous breakfast, and very courteous staff all around. Ravi provided exceptional service during breakfast by constantly replenishing breakfast dishes and accessories, and ensuring guests were well looked after. Prime location close to retail stores such as Target, Costco and Burlington.

Worse place I’ve ever stayed. Took over 45 minutes to check in, then they charged us an extra room rate. We get to our room and it smelled like sweat and the A/C was broken and the window is open and it had no screen on it!!! Sheets and linen were stained and looked dirty… the manager was truly sorry she said but did nothing about it!!!! 😠

This is an excellent place with excellent value. The breakfast and service there was top, and Amber at the front desk provided really good and helpful service. The rooms were clean and well equipped. Totally a 5 star place for the price!

This has been by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I've endured three days of cold showers, a malfunctioning fridge, and a window that doesn't even open for fresh air as promised. Despite the reception promising to switch my room to one with hot water once their manager was available, they later claimed that all rooms were fully booked and no switch was possible. Even after they assured me that they had fixed all the issues, nothing changed when I returned to the room. Additionally, the lack of daily room cleaning was unacceptable, especially since I didn't place a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door.

Great little place. Amazing breakfast great chef. Depending on which of the 3 buildings you're in there is some noise from the freeway. Staff buzz around keeping up with grounds, rooms and everything else. Very close to all amenities with easy access. Thank you all for a great week.
