Horrible experience 4th floor double Queen room smelled like dog beds , sheets pillows all of it … itched the entire night … shower disgusting not cleaned … I don’t think the room was cleaned prior… notified the manager who said sorry we are a pet friendly hotel! Should that mean we sleep in pet beds?? Is the bedding not sanitized after a dog stay?| Beware the hotel is going downhill like the rest in the area … sad because they were pretty good!|Breakfast was disgusting not edible at all |Coffee is good 👍 |Not many other choices in the area but if you don’t want to smell like dog or have allergies find another choice |I can tolerate a lot and this was very very bad!

Excellent in every way. Always oh-so-very welcoming and like-new clean. Lovely breakfasts! We return several times a year to visit family and always feel lucky that Angola is blessed with such a terrific hotel.

The staff from check-in to custodial were very friendly, professional & efficient as they all "went the extra mile" to make the stay very comfortable. The room and facilities were nicely laid-out and the cleanliness of the environment was readily noticeable; and very much appreciated. Lastly, I travel quite a bit and the cost for this accommodation was more than reasonable as well.

I’m not sure any reviews can do justice to this place. The picture you see online are the accurate representation of the place. I don’t feel the need to take pictures for this review. And oh they have elevators. The location is excellent right off the freeway; take the Trine university exit and it’s right there. I’ve had a lot of awful experience staying in various hotels while traveling across the country. This time around it was great. It’s clean; absolutely clean during your stay you’ll see staff actively maintaining the cleanliness of the place, and the rooms are clean too. The also have a nice mini gym in there with enough of what you need for working out while traveling. When they say breakfast included they meant breakfast. I’m talking about hot breakfast. Scrambled eggs, waffles made right in front of you, Oatmeal, sausage, yogurt, juices and fruits.

I stay at this hotel every time I visit Angola, usually two or three times a year. Consistently clean, comfortable, and convenient. The staff is courteous and helpful. Highest recommendation from a frequent traveller and one who has stayed here about ten times in the past three years.

In reading some of the reviews, as well as reviews for other places, I've come to realize people can be overly critical to the point it passes into self entitlement. Very nice location. Clean inside and out. My room. What can I say. I was impressed by the bathroom. Nicest I've seen thus far in a hotel. Bed was like sleeping on air. Breakfast, though "basic", was better than I've had staying in other hotels. At least it's not danishes and donuts.

Everything looks pretty new. Very comfortable bedding and pillows, room was perfectly clean. Nice staff, easy time checking in and out. Pet friendly.

Very clean rooms, comfortable beds and staff is very polite and helpful. Loved having a real coffee maker (Kehrig) in our room. Great location.
