Wing Nutz - Chicken wings restaurant in Ogden - 2332 Kiesel Ave, USA

First time and definitely the last time! Ordered the 88 wings 1/2 boneless and 1/2 bone in and they apparently don’t communicate with each other and got the full order with bone in. Also realizing as I got back they didn’t even give me the 3 12oz orders of Buffalo chips! His place is a joke!! No refund or anything else but a sorry or i could wait another 30 minutes… That doesn’t cut it. Customer service is key to keep a business open. Just a matter of time before this place is ran down.…. Should have just went to wing stop. Would have gotten more and cost less!!!! I would give this garbage place a fat 0 ⭐️ if I could!!! ****update**** Aspen GM called me back and ended up making things right.

Fantastic food and drinks! Visited many times while here 20 days. I will be back every time I'm here. So good,,great staff!! Try the raspberry champagne margaritas, you'll be glad you did

Look, frankly the food is good but overpriced. Regarding service, I’m here on a Sunday night and they are severely understaffed. @ Management - you need more than one person front of house and more than two people in the kitchen. Invest in some more able bodied help and the customer experience will be leaps and bounds over what it is currently. Gal running the bar and tending tables is working her tail off and doing a great job but she could use some help.

Fantastic wings!! And hog wings. Try em. They are also one of the only places that makes gluten free wings as they are baked not fried. Buffalo chips are always a great side. Great selection of beer and mixed drinks as well.

Was really impressed at first. We were greeted right away and invited to find a seat wherever. It was very clean in the bathrooms. My husband loved the wings. I liked the pork sandwich. But unfortunately, it really took way too long to get our food, and people who came in after us were served before us. The middle of the mac and cheese side was cold, so it was likely microwaved. There was a ton of smoke in the restaurant all of the sudden at one point, too. Just not a good experience overall.

My friend and I love to have our girl's night (or day) at Wing Nutz! There are so many sauce flavors to choose from. Everything always tastes fresh and delicious. Their Pepsi is top notch as well. Justin, the manager, served us today. He was so accommodating and friendly. It's rare to have such genuine, wonderful service anymore. We're definitely going back! 🤩

WE LOVE WingNutz!!! My husband and I have been going to WingNutz for many years now. We often work late and it’s a healthier alternative for eating out. With homemade sauces rather than some bottled/canned junk, a great draft & canned beer selection, a full bar, and phenomenal staff, it truly is our “go to”. We have seen many of the names and faces of the cooks, servers & managers change over those years. We have loved all of them! We’re super excited to see the positive changes that the new GM, James is making. James used to start our order in the kitchen as soon as we walked in the door. Pretty awesome for the cook to see you walk-in and know what your order is and get it going! 🙌Although he was gone for awhile, he still remembered us when we walked in the door again—IMPRESSIVE! So many of the staff (Kat, Austin, Amanda, Jasmine, Jason, Autumn, Justin, and many others) have been so good to us and our family. This is what keeps us coming back. Thank you WingNutz, for being not just a place we go to eat, but for being good to us!

Seriously worst experience ever. Server was rude. Brought us bone in when I asked for boneless. She just said "oh" and took the wings. Then after waiting over 30 mins brought us these boneless wings. That were cold and chewy. No celery or carrots. She never checked on us again. And brought us the check charging us for bone in. Will never be back.
