I last came here in 1980, when I lived in Kaneohe. Now in 2023 (43 years later!), the layout is still basically the same. The Jerry Lewis Twin Theatres may be long gone (replaced by 24 Hour Fitness), but Foodland, Baskin-Robins and McDonald's are still here at their same locations all these decades later. // The draw here is convenient shopping without having to travel to the other side of the island. There's a good selection of places to eat and all kinds of retail. I notice parking seemed tight. And the buildings could use some better maintenance. But this is an OLD strip mall offering something for most everyone.
Ate fried rice for lunch was really good a lot of local vibe like I like!! Friendly service with a smile. Good value and big portions
Always love shopping there and got there by bus this time. Got off the City #60 bus that came from downtown and headed to Haleiwa on the North Shore. We stopped to have something to eat then continued our journey for a late lunch in Haleiwa. The bus stop is near but not on the Windward Mall grounds. Wandering in the Mall we saw a new and novel frozen "ice cream" dessert. It's mixed as a liquid and poured onto a freezing plate then scraped off to form rolls which are placed into a large poi size cup.
Very lively. Alots of places to check out. Main stop for the castle kids right after school. So it gets busy
Not much public accommodations, need to go locations, however businesses mostly don't have luas gotta leave shopping center.
Like so many other people I am a dedicated Ross patron and enjoy going to the different stores on island to see what new merchandise is on store shelves and racks. I live closest to the Ross located on the side of the Windward Mall so frequent that one most. This store is so well taken care of, the employees are very sweet and always on their game. Also, in my opinion this Ross has the most clothes in store, tons of different beauty products, as well as so many other items for practically every room in your home.
Variety of shops but I would love a Popeye's on Windward side.
Ross store is my go to store when I need to buy something asap and inexpensive. Love it!

Great little place for brunch. We had never heard of it but stopped for a quick breakfast and the service was excellent! Very friendly, good coffee and good plus a chill atmosphere.
Pilsner is the best on island. IPA and sour also very good. Servings are a little small (8oz?) but it gives you the opportunity to try a few different beers. Glad I stopped by.

Worth the trip! Enjoyed a delicious meal with family here and everyone loved their food. We arrived close to opening time and were seated within 15 minutes. Our server was attentive and friendly.
The sushi was really good, I liked the flavors and rice texture. I called in a order for a few platters, everyone I encountered was very friendly and nice. I would definitely recommend this place and come back. It was a perfect for 10-15 of us today.
