Windridge Apartments - Apartment complex in Laguna Niguel - 24922 Hidden Hills Rd, USA

Windridge is the best place ever to live the staff and the maintenance and all the residents are just wonderful. This is a wonderful place to live close to the beach very clean wonderful Apts I’m sure once you come here you’ll definitely won’t be able to hardly wait to call this beautiful place Home yourself! :-) I would recommend this to anyone who has a family. This is a family Friendly apartments. It’s a clean and wonderful and safe community:-)

This is a great community! Recently moved in, and it has been great so far! The community is mostly well kept, the apartments are very spacious and clean. It is also great to have youre own garage. Parking is one issue, though. There is usually no parking inside, so you would have to go park on the street. The maintenance is very nice, but takes quite a bit to arrive. shout-out to Raul for always arriving to fix things!! I definitely recommend windridge! Great place 👍👍👍

Don’t fall for the fake reviews. This place is horrible and I’ll share some feedback about my experience to prevent at least one other person from making the mistake I did. This was the worst place I have ever lived. One month in our garbage disposal stopped working and I was patient regarding the repairs. I never put any pressure on the staff regarding responses to the many repairs that were needed during my time there (one year). We were without a working refrigerator for several days and we had to replace all of our food because the refrigerator went out three months after we moved in. We didn’t mind much and made do with it. However, when I was harassed my another tenant on the property my concern for the lack of care began to rise. I felt unsafe, I felt unwelcome, I felt as is we didn’t matter as a tenant. Packages were stolen from our porch, our car was towed. There were cockroaches crawling all over the complex and in the garages. The have multi families living in units so you’re forced to park on the street where your car gets broken into. There aren’t any street lights so it’s very much a concern walking from your parked car on the street to the complex. There were 10 break ins that I was aware of from street parking. Tenants I spoke to said they voiced their concern too only to be ignored.

Antonio G. professionally and efficiently took care of maintenance for my apartment and I am so grateful. Antonio G. and the other maintenance crew at Windridge are top notch!

Raul the service technician gave us amazing service, quickly diagnosed our disheasher, and got us a replacement ordered all in less than 30 minutes. The maintenance team here is always top notch.

Virtually no parking. You'd have to park outside and still find no parking outside because everyone has to park outside as well. You'd also have to probably wait a month to get your washer/dryer fixed because it's been weeks and we're still waiting. Vandalisms everywhere and people don't return misdelivered packages.

Leaving five stars specifically for Manny, who has continued to go above and beyond handling all our maintenance requests and keeping our apartment running. He is always timely, friendly, and so helpful in making sure we get the repairs we need completed! Our apartment is in need of some upgrading honestly, but at least with a great maintenance team we always get the repairs we need, and our rent has stayed affordable. Shout out to Manny for his service and making our experience living here so much better!
