Nice and clean, the beach is small and perfect for a family picnic. Motor boats are not allowed, but you can get in your kayak from the beach.
Beautiful!! Real private and clean my kids loved! The free water ski show is FUN!! Perfect to relax and great for swimming. I enjoy paddle boarding but must jogging around the lake. I am new to the Tega Cay area and the whole town is very welcoming and friendly.
I want to go there every evening if I could, Beautiful park with 3 small beaches, benches, playground with swings, gazebo, clean bathrooms, and floating dock to launch kayaks. Gets crowded in the summer months. Not many parking spots. Must have a parking permit from the city of Tega Cay to park here. Parts of the park can be reserved from the city for private events. They have a free water skiing show on Fridays during the summer. Great place to bring the family for some swimming or just hang out. Highly recommend.
We had good fun.. Only the Issue is parking,residnce in the area with parking sticker will be allowed to parking.
Finally after getting Tega Cay permit we spend lovely evening at the beach. They have picnic tables, benches, restrooms, playground, swings and beaches. Enjoyed the warm evening at the beach and kids played with sands and water.
It’s a nice park with great views but the thing that gets me is that it’s a public park with private parking. Never heard of that. And the police gave me a hard time because I didn’t know that, after he realized i truly didn’t know he deciders not to give me a ticket but he told me “ I never want to see you in this park ever again”. And the cherry on top is the only parking pass they can give you is for a calendar year and it’s $100
Oh my gosh! What a find! We had just a few hours to kill before heading for the airport in Charlotte and found this little park on the tip of a peninsula on Lake Wylie. The park has multiple swing chairs, and a child sized swing set, overlooking the lake, several “beach” areas, a public bathroom, charcoal grills and a dock for fishing/swimming. It’s large enough for parties, but small enough never to be too crowded. It is so charming and nestled way back into a neighborhood in Tega Cay. Would be a great place for a family picnic, photo shoot, romantic (cheap) date and swimming with friends or kids. Loved it.
Spent little time, but it was a great experience just to walk around. Missed the performance that day but heard many great comments.

The park is very well maintained. Everything is clean and looks like new but I know the park has been here for a while. I wish we could choose the size of golf stick for each person in our party. We enjoyed our time at the park, showers are very nice
