Wind Hill Apartments deserves 5 stars for being an excellent place to live. The maintenance team here is top-notch and always fixes any issues quickly. The city does a great job picking up the garbage on a very regular schedule. The few times we've had power outages, the electric company has come out promptly to fix the lines. The amenities here are fantastic. The pool stays pristine and is clearly well-maintained. Over the 3 years I've lived here, management has made continuous improvements like trimming back the tree limbs to let more sunlight into the pool area, upgrading the laundry room to new Speed Queen washers and dryers, and paving over potholes in the parking lot. Above all, I feel incredibly safe living at Wind Hill. The complex is well-lit at night and management seems to vet residents thoroughly. I highly recommend Wind Hill Apartments to anyone looking for an apartment in the area. The maintenance, amenities and safety make this easily a 5 star place to call home.

Clean spacious apartments with a really friendly staff! They're quick to maintenance requests and located near SFA campus and in a pretty area. It's one of the most reasonably affordable apartment complexes in the area as some places will ask for a lot more than they're worth. Windhill is a great place for students -- feels safe and has a welcoming community!!

Well kept property, friendly staff, affordable, the only reason I'm not giving this place 5 stars is because the wall that separates my kitchen from the unit behind has no insulation, I can literally hear EVERYTHING that goes on in there!

I love Windhill! The staff is helpful and friendly, always ready to answer my many questions! The one time my roommate and I came across an issue (I broke my bath faucet), the handy-man was there the next day and fixed it quickly. Location is fantastic, just down the road from SFA, with a balcony view overlooking the pines. Great pool and outdoor patio area as well! Pet friendly, and people friendly.

Windhill is a great place to live. The facilities are always kept neat and clean. The office staff is wonderful, always helpful and friendly. As for the maintenance crew...they always respond promptly when there is a problem. I strongly recommend Windhill Apartments if you are looking for clean, up-to-date facilities, as well as a friendly staff.

I love Windhill apartments! 10/10 recommend! First off they're located on top of a hill, so the sunsets are amazing! I also love how involved they are with us as residents. They hand out cute treats and are very communicative with us! The apartments are perfect for college students, families and animals too! They have a dog park which was a huge perk since I have a doggie. Overall, I highly recommend Windhill! 😊

Great place!! The maintenance guys are excellent. Really, get the job done. The ladies in the office are awesome.

My girlfriend lived here for about six months before I did and I really liked the environment and how beautiful Windhill was, "at the top," away from everything else. I liked that it was still close to campus though. Carrie has always been great and maintenance requests get taken care of almost immediately. I really love living here and I recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live. The people here really care about their residents and the apartments are nice. I also like that there is an officer who lives in our complex because I never think we have to worry about safety!
