Wind Creek Atmore - Casino in Atmore - 303 Poarch Rd, USA

Actually I need to make a comment from a previous time. In November I took an amazing trip to Aruba. Upon my return my Players Club card would not work. I went to The Players Club and a nice gentleman named Giovanni little helped me get my card to reinstate and so I can get my points and my free play. The next week came back same thing my card wouldn't work third week same thing my card wouldn't work all three times Giovanna help me with my card. The third time he left the Players Club he went to the machines with me after reinstating my card to make sure it would work it would only say welcome player. So not to hold me up you let me go play kept my card got with this supervisor again and reinstated in my card came back to my machine would not leave until my card would work. I think he went the extra mile to help me! So courteous so determined to resolve my problem I really think he should be recognized! So patient so kind never got agitated was so happy to help me! Please recognize him because he could have let me continue to have an issue but he preferred to prevail!!

Love the atmosphere here! It's electric! There are many options to choose from, and the majority of the place is smoke free, but there are smoking designated areas. This place is family friendly, unlike most casinos. They have an outdoor seasonal pool, which is near the spa and cooking classes auditorium. For the kiddos they have an entertainment center which has a movie theater, a bowling alley, and an arcade, so the kids can play while the adults play, or if the adults want to do something other than gamble. They also have a buffet with a variety of food options much like a mall food court. There is Italian cuisine, barbecue, seafood, burgers and wings, salads, Japanese cuisine, and breakfast options to choose from, or if you want to celebrate, there is also a steakhouse on the premise and the food and customer service are top notch. I haven't had a chance to try all of the food options so this review is based on what I have seen and experienced for a few visits but I do sincerely enjoy everything about this location. I've also never booked a room here, but if they are anything like the rest of the place I'm sure they are comfortable and festive. Oh did I forget to mention the decorations?! The very first time I visited here was during the Christmas season, and they had decorations throughout the facility and occasional "snow" in the outdoor area for everyone to enjoy. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to go somewhere family friendly to have a good time, you may even win a few bucks to use for the activities 😉

Rooms are very nice - restaurant and food choices are poor - casino can be very unfair by not getting bonuses or ones that payout good (like most of them and that is just the way any gamble is) but there are good machine choices if that is what you are looking for - Yet it does have a better chance for hitting a jackpot far more than all other casinos. Bowling and movie theater on location - is great but it mostly brings in the youth and that good for families and bad for other reasons

Can't say enough about how extremely pleased I was and what a wonderful time that was had at this location. The staff was great extremely polite and very nice to have a conversation with. The room was just beautiful. Very clean and was above any casino properties that I have stayed in yet. And I've been to casinos all over the country. The food choices were excellent. The complete staff that I had interactions with went above and beyond to be polite and seemed very glad we were on property. The food was really good!! The gaming floor is no smoking and that is a big plus. The games were very fair on payouts and very clean as well. The complete resort was just a very good experience for us. The room I was given was a king corner suite and it was just beautifully clean and very comfortable. I will definitely be returning and staying longer on my next trip. I was my birthday gift from someone and I'm glad I made this choice on my birthday. Can't say enough about how much of a wonderful time we had.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Wind Creek Atmore. The young lady that checked us in was absolutely exceptional. She ensured everything was set for our stay. Our room was very nice and the staff was superb. My daughter had an opportunity to visit the Spa for a facial and she was extremely pleased; just and overall enjoyable stay. Thank you.

Excellent get-away. The hotel is gorgeous and very comfortable. Wind Creek is such a beautiful resort / casino and has an amazing outdoor amphitheater which seems to be under utilized. Restaurants close early or are only open 3 or 4 days a week, so selection is extremely limited for anything later. The employees were all outstanding and very kind and thoughtful too.

Enjoyed it. The room was excellent. Staff personnel (front desk, casino, and dining) were very nice and helpful. Definitely will visit again.

We didn't stay at the casino, we stayed at the Hampton, although it did look very nice. My complaint is, my husband and I have been to almost all casinos in America. We do not claim to be rich, we just like to play. We have multiple comps in Tunica as well as Las Vegas. We were honestly shook over how tight all the high limit machines were, and even the mid. Every jackpot they showed on their TV screen were $1300 or less for over 2 days. I spoke to 3 of those jackpot winners and they said they put a lot more in than the jackpot they won, and now are having to pay taxes on what they won back. We were there for an hour and pretty much was ready to make the 8 hour trip back home. We gave it a try a 2nd night and same. They would take it quicker than you could put it in the machine. Their rewards program was almost impossible to get anything. We were there for 2 nights and spent more than we wanted, yet we didn't even have enough to comp 2 buffets. Anywhere else in 2 nights would have gotten us 2 dinners at the steakhouse. I can't say I'll be back here. It was nice, and the people were polite, but it was too tight to have any fun.
