They are very hateful. The sheets have stains the room stink. The sink in the bathroom was coming off the wall. The knobs in the bathroom don’t work it had rust in the bathtub, and the toilet paper holder was broke.
Just called to ask if they had weekly rentals. He asked how many people I told him one adult 4 kids. At first he was going to tell me then after letting him know how many kids after asked twice. He said no weekly rentals here. Did not want to let me get a room due to having kids… They should be ashamed. Ridiculous and rude
Absolutely the worst place I've ever stayed at. Says no smoking but reaked of cigarettes. The water in shower was running as well as the sink. Curtains were stained and had big rips in them. Shower head didn't work. Only had hot water for maybe 2 min. Has an electrical outlet that had loose wires in it and didn't have a cover over it. The sheets were stained yellow as well the shower curtain. Shower curtain had black mold growing on it. I would rather sleep in my truck then stay back there.
I have to stay with my dad at Winchester INN and there is nothing to do there and I am so bored
If I could give it a 0 I would. The managers were nice enough, but the room was quite simply abhorrent. Obvious signs of bedbugs, mattresses should have been thrown out 10 years ago and the icing on the cake was a giant blood stain on the sheets. RUN.
Room was nice. No phone in our room and no coffee pot!!! We over slept because I'm used to getting a wake up call, but without a phone there was NO way to line it up. The owner's wife would not leave the door once she woke us at checkout time. I felt like a naughty child! May not have an option but to stay there when next I visit, but rest assured that if o were given a reasonable alternative I would take it!!
The staff was very friendly. However the rooms are not the best I stayed there for less than an hours unpacking my bags. Once I got everything organized. I checked the room for an outlets and I found wires hanging out from the wall. When I went to put my shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom there was mold underneath the sink. Then I went to put my clothes in the dresser drawer I found dead bugs. Later that night I wanted to heat up food in the microwave and their was a hole in the microwave screen. They would not refund my money. Very upset.
Awful hotel and even worse management. I called and specifically asked if they had a smoking room , he said no problem buddy we have , so I drive an hour to get there for him to tell me that there are not any smoking rooms available. They are liars , and run a terrible buisenes.
